"I feel dizzy and Lightheaded

Hi guys recently I bean feeling dizzy or lightheaded a couple of times a day and generally tiered. I think it is because I added Cialis to my oral treatment I already had a low blood pressure before from the L-Arginine and I am suspecting that Cialis made it worse what should I do drop the L-Arginine or the Cialis or just wait a bit and see if it gets better on its own any body have any advise for me?

I think the Cialis is worth keeping over the Arginine, at least in terms of research-based benefit.  But yes, both are known to lower blood pressure, so you're right to be cautious.

I have the same symptoms after about a week on Cialis 2.5 mg daily. I also start to sleep longer and longer. Can't get out of bed, too exhausted, so I sleep 15 hours or longer, still tired. I even have to force myself just to make it to the toilet. At one point I measured my blood pressure in the morning at 70 to 50 while on Cialis with a pulse of 95. At that point I suspended the medication. I tried suspending and taking it for a few days, tried taking it in the evening, morning or afternoon which didn't help. Over the course of several months I tried this until I gave up. I never have taken any drug for my Peyronies which hasn't given me side effects which make it basically impossible to still do my job and make it through a normal day.

As Nemo has said, stay with the Cialis and stop the L-Arginine.
Sill measure your blood pressure frequently.
I don't know when you are taking the Cialis, myself taking it before bad at night.

Euhm guys, I hate to sound dramatical but I think this is quite important:

On the own forum description about L-arginine it states that it indirectly increases the production of Nitric Oxide (NO).
On the prescription paper of my cialis it clearly says the following (translated):

When can you not use this medication?
-You are using an organical nitrate in any form or a substance which delivers Nitric Oxide.
It has been proven that Cialis increases the effect of these medications.
If you are using a nitrate in any form or if you are not sure then please inform your doctor.

Please guys be careful and don't play your own doctor too overconfident......

@ emasculate: you got these complaints from just using the Cialis or you were using it in combination with the L-arginine?

@YoungPDGuy: I never took L'Arginine. Don't tolerate the Cialis for long.. that's all.

Thanks for the input I stopped taking the Arginine and are sticking whit the Cialis and I am eating it before I go to bed. As for playing doctor it's my only option here in Sweden since Pentox is not registered here and the doctors we have say that I should wait and see if it gets better in this matter I feel like I am in a 3 world country. So you guys and my self have to be my doctors because or I have none.

It is strange that you can't find a doctor to give you Pentox as your country is considered as on of the top three in the world regarding living standards, health care, welfare.

@Chef Chris: Go to your general practitioner and tell him that you once had tinnitus in your past. And back then you took Pentox which helped alot. And now you have tinnitus again. Then he will prescribe it to you.

James i stopped Arginine yesterday and was only dizzy once it's a improvement and I think I still might have some of it left in the body.
emasculated thanks for the tip but my urologist would probably had proscribed it after some convincing but it is not even retested in our Swedish drug record (fass)
So he can't prescribe it because or pharmacies don't have it he did a Webb search and found A Finnish text about it on line. He is a god doctor that try to be helpful but just don't have the proper tools. For instants we wont get Xiaflex until earliest spring 2015. In the mean time my plaque might be calcified and I won't be a candidate for the treatment it doesn't make sense since it's already used for Dupuytrens
