Three remarks after reading the link:
* The article is from Indian Journal of Dermatology. It is not urology. :(
* The article talking about one person treated with this "treatment" :(
* Maybe the case resolved by itself (rarely it may happen)

It is only a one-person case study, but I buy it totally. I suspect already for a long time that the only reason or major reason Pentox works is that it suppresses the immune system slightly.
But who would take Cyclo combined with Dexa? They mess with your immune system and decrease white blood cell count. Cyclo can cause leukemia or bladder cancer and Dexa has been linked to causing Osteoporosis.
I'm rather tired of having to take meds that make me feel sick to no end for some marginal benefit to the condition and I'm not willing to put my health completely on the line for potentially curing it.
Come on.. there must be some serious investigations, the current "treatments" are crap to the power of crap to the power of garbage etc..

Totally agree with you except first comment. I am absolutely confident that Peyronies Disease is manifestation of systemic failure  of immune system regulation (probably dueto hpa axis fatigue, Cortisol resistance etc.). Thus reducing it only to urological field is a dead end.

It seems actually that moving into dcp traits of treatment is very wise. In my opinion this approach to treatment was totally overlooked by some reason for years.

I am not an dcp expert at all so hope to hear a comment hear from someone competitive in rheumatology and autoimmune diseases treatment. And of course it needs to be mentioned that these kind of treatment obviously may have very serious side effects if not administred by a professional.

Very interesting.
I have zero knowledge of this treatment... Cyclophosphamide looks very scary. But Dexa looks extremely promising given it's effects?!?!?

I totally agree with emasculated post, from yesterday.
Pentox weakened my immune system and I had to stop taking it because of heavy flue every month almost, so this combination in the report will kill me for sure. :(
