Hello

I am writing a piece for the Daily Mail about Peyronies and the long wait for a non surgical treatment - i.e Xiapex - here in the UK. I gather it is already in use as a treatment for Dupuytrens, but still have some way to go before its use for Peyronies.

Would anyone have some comments I can use in my piece about this long long wait that British suffers have had? I wonder if the change from Pfizer to Sobi has set things back and people you feel about that.

PS. I tried to use the contact info admin@peyroniessociety.org - but it doesn't work!

Here's a quote you can use.

"One of the most frustrating aspects of suffering Peyronie's Disease is the sense that nothing is being done to find a cure; treatment has remained basically the same for the last half century or more, and primarily centers around 'hoping' the body will fix itself to some degree. Very little research money or scientific talent is afforded this condition which affects comparatively few men. But to those it affects, it can be profoundly life-changing. So to have a viable treatment available, but just out of reach is especially frustrating."
51 yrs. old, multiple auto-immune conditions. First episode of Peyronies Disease in 2002. Recurred a couple times since. Over the years I have tried Topical Verapamil, Iontophoresis, all the supps and Cialis + Pentoxifylline. Still functional, always worried.

Thanks Chris for the information.
It is not approved yet in Europe to treat Peyronies?
The trials were made in the UK also.
