Read the link bellow:
Priapus Shot (R) | The Official Website. Description of how the penis can be rejuvenated and enlarged using platelet- derived growth factors (or Platelet-Rich Plasma).
Basically, 10 ml PRP from 60 ml of your blood for one session. Until now I had injections into the plaques, per advice from NeoV, the nex one will be in the penis, not into the plaques.

What I think throws credibility right out the window is that site which James1947 linked stating you can EXPECT a 10-20% gain in girth and length. I can see gaining some temporary FLACCID girth from pumping in some filler, but stating you can gain an inch in length.....well....thats no different from jelqing sites or penis pill silliness. Impossible.

If they just stated your penis might function better if it were in already not working too well, then that would be more believable.

We have plenty of posts regarding PRP/Priapus shots on the forum.
I am proposing you to read them before claiming that:

We are taking the subject as something that maybe will help with Peyronies and ED, not as penis enlarging issue.

I think nowhereman is correct in balking at any claim that Priapus is capable of giving a healthy penis a permanent one inch gain in length.  If that were possible, backed by credible proof (not unsubstantiated claims), you can be certain there would be a media sensation unlike anything we've seen since Viagra hit the market.  Priapus simply can't do that.

Now, whether it can realize a gain for someone whose penis has lost length due to Peyronie's scar tissue shortening it, that's another story. Several of us have regained some length from the VED, and I'm not convinced it might not also be possible with PRP, thought I'm still doubtful any gains are permanent.

But I agree with nowhereman that Priapus's claims to add an inch to the penis, for the general public, severely undermine its credibility, as does the fact that many of its practitioners are on the fringes of medicine/cosmetic procedures.  Not only is it not creating a media sensation, it no longer seems to be the "big thing" on this forum anymore either, for that matter.  My opinion only.

Friends,
My major concern is Peyronies that has affected my life badly , a 60°curvature , plaque , somewhat Ed etc ..
size is not my major concern (at the moment ) ....though i would love to get one inch as it is 25% increase in my case..
if PRP shots help me  recover/improve  in any way from this Peyronies Disease , or reduce some of the after affects , this is more than enough a motivation to take the trip to Bali .
i agree wd James and try to plan a trip to Bali ... (i am sure the doctors in Bali are as competent in PRP shots as in USA ) .. dear James .. pls correct if i am wrong ..
thanks ..

Everywhere in the world you will find competent and non competent doctors.
Regarding PRP if it helps Peyronies or not, I don't have a 100% conclusion.
It didn't helped me (until now, two time PRP shots), I hope will help me in the third, will make next week.

Doctors are highly conservative. And quite frankly one wonders if they devote any time and energy to reading academic journals. There is a growing body of literature demonstrating the effectiveness of PRP in treating various tendonopathies. And increasingly, orthopedic surgeons are adopting these techniques. These surgeons are not operating out of boutiques or cosmetic clinics. The vast majority of PRP kit suppliers -- which have grown from 10 in2013 to almost double that today-- cater to orthopedic surgeons (orthopedics generally).

James, I would differ with your assertion that it is "massive in commercial terms."  At best, I think PRP is considered a procedure of questionable value and/or efficacy being practiced on the outskirts of traditional medicine and mostly (predominantly?) by boutique "anti-aging" and cosmetic clinics. If it were truly massive commercially, it would be a first-line treatment for any number of disorders/injuries, not something you have to search out on the internet.

James,

Which device was the health care practitioner who injected you using?

Do you mean the centrifuge lespleen? If yes, I don't know the brand.
As Nemo stated back in 2014, is mainly used in anti-aging clinics, but also by some sport related injuries doctors.
Unfortunately the PRP did nothing to my Peyronies

Kindly call up the physician if you can and make a friendly inquiry. Some of the more reputable brands include the following: Harvest, GPS, Genesis, RegenLab, Arthex, etc.  The first two fall on the higher end of the PRP concentration spectrum. The last two fall on the lower end. Genesis can be modified according to the needs of the patient. Each product magnifies your baseline platelet concentration. If your concentration is low you might want to go with an approach that magnifies your baseline 6-8 fold as opposed to the 1.6 fold increase offered by Regenlab( it is worth noting that dr. Virag uses this product).

james1947

I wrote an email, hope will get answer
My platelets count was 1,100,000 at the time (more than 10 years in the range of 800,000 to 1,250,000)
3 of the treatments it was made *2, the last one *4; so I suppose her tool is not RegenLab if he can make just *1.6

Looking at a PRP system now that offers a 16X increase in baseline PRP. It also allows the physician to selectively remove at will inflammatory agents when required...that is when powerful healing without inflammatory activity is desirable.

It's only lining the doctors pocket, snake oil.
PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.
Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.

james1947

If maximum normal platelets is 450,000 and I was injected with 4,400,000 it means that it was 9.8 time the maximum.
So if the PRP system increases 16x, an average person with 300,000 will get 4,800,000, not much more than I got with zero results.

Did anyone have PRP shots in the meantime with results? There is a "large" study going on. Anyone on the forum part of this? https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04512287
37yo. Started July 2020. Inflammation, pain and ED are the biggest issues. Small but almost unnoticable to left. Currently on Q10, Pentox and Ginko.

The P-shot are making my erections better. Is only been a week, but is not doing anything for my indentation and narrowing yet
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021

I am sorry, but i disagree with that statement. So far i am yet to see any studies and real life results after years on this board on priapus shot improving anything. That and also a renowned expert like Dr. Landon Trost (and others) think it's quack treatment with no real proven results.

I went to 3 "Peroynes specialists" and didn't do anything at all. I went to get the PRP shot by a naturalpathic lady, and after almost two weeks my erections and sensation are better than ever. At this point, I don't trust Urologists at all!!!!,  At this point, the only things that are working for my condition has been Cialis and PRP. Urologists had been USELESS

That's great Bud Luck. But even saline shots have shown some improvement in some people. And I think there are more positive results of Xiaflex on this forum compared to the P-shot. I think it's still early, perhaps you can report back in a few months to see if the improvements are still there.
MIA - nothing works after 5 months
supplements and pharmaceuticals I've tried:
cialis, pentox, magnesium chloride, dim, turmeric, hyaluronic acid, vitamin k2, paba, l-arginine, l-citrulline. either get surgery (and possible ed), get implant, or pray

PRP increase collagen on the penis, guess what causes Peroynes Disease= Excess Collagen. 4 months after my PRP injections, my weak area of my penis became weaker, is like it increased scar tissue and losing "healthy" tissue. I keep making my condition worse with the "therapies"
