Major questions regarding my semi-unique case and surgery.

I have a couple big concerns when it comes to surgery.

1. I have a good sized thinger. Do ALL of these surgeries guarantee a smaller dong?

2. My penis has its scar plaque at the base of the penis. It is about half as small and the entire lower trunk is narrow. Imagine the bottom of a tree is narrower than the rest of it at the bottom of the base. That's my problem. What, if any surgery, will fix this unique problem AND maintain my size if possible?

Please and thank you.

Not to minimize your problem, but it's hardly unique - it's just one of the many ways Peyronies Disease can deform the penis.  Really, only a skilled surgeon looking at a Doppler and examining you in person would be able to tell you what kind of surgeries are potentially effective.  As a last resort (which it is for all of us), an inflatable prosthesis is the "nuclear option."

But I'd advise trying all the first line treatments (like Pentox, VED, Cialis, Arginine (other supps), etc.) (if you're not already) before deciding you're fated to surgery.

51 yrs. old, multiple auto-immune conditions. First episode of Peyronies Disease in 2002. Recurred a couple times since. Over the years I have tried Topical Verapamil, Iontophoresis, all the supps and Cialis + Pentoxifylline. Still functional, always worried.
