These instructions are provided to help guys measure their curvature when erect. It requires that you take a picture of yourself at an angle that shows maximum curvature. For example if your curvature is directly up, then you would need to take a picture directly from the right or left sides to show the curvature. It also requires a picture editing program where you overlay chord lines to line up with the beginning and ending points of your curve, and then overlaying a protractor picture to correctly measure your curve.
