I'm a 60 year old male, and about a year and a half ago, I had Prostate surgery, via the Transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP).    Didn't seem to have issues right away, but within a few months or so, began to notice some slight pain during intercourse, and gradually noticed ED, and during follow-up appointments with the Urologist who performed the TURP, mentioned the ED and he prescribed Cialis.   Overall, it hasn't really made much difference for the ED, and I've stopped taking it.   I am still able to function, but the best way to describe it, is at about 60%, but fortunately I have an understanding spouse and we still enjoy our sex.   As time has gone on, I've begun noticing the upward curvature of my penis with shortening, and it has gotten progressively worse.    My assumption is the catheterization after the TURP, or even the procedure did some trauma to my penis, as the cause of the situation.   While I'm sure it is somewhere else on this forum, after the procedure, you have a a catheter for approximately 3 days, it was not a pleasant experience, as they want you to get up and walk post-op, and it irritates the urethera.    I noted it was Peyronies, and from I had read other places basically was they won't do anything for about 1 year.
I am already under a Physician care for Hypertension, so I see the doctor on a regular basis, but haven't mentioned the Peyronies yet.   So far,  the information I've found here is helpful, as I generally like to be informed before I see a doctor.   I'm certain my primary care physician will send me to a urologist with referral, I just need to raise the subject (no pun intended) with my doctor.

My proposal is to start treatment as soon as you can.
I was starting with Pentox, 5 mg Cialis, Ubiquinol and VED.
