Hello!  I'm trying to get a better understanding of the best way to make love with a man with Peyronies.  I want to be helpful. It appears that my husband is able to get an erection and maintain it but the curve is there.  However, despite different positions and techniques, he is having trouble coming to a climax without manual stimulation which appears to be frustrating to him. Is there any literature or something I can read about or discuss here about how to help him come to orgasm?  I want to please him. I am not frustrated at all myself but at the same time, I don't want him to be frustrated either.  I love him very much and want our sex life to be fulfilling and fun for him, too.  We are in our sixties. Thank you for any support and advice.

Avery-I to am in my 60's and my wife is in her 50's. I never have a problem climaxing, due to peyronies, but sometimes as a result of prostatectomy. Based on the degree and position of his curve(left, right, dorsal etc.) a decision came be made in terms of the most effective positions. If you give the forum a little more info on his condition, people will respond with help. Regards Inkhorn

Avery, just like Inkhorn, I've never heard of a man not being able to or having difficulty climaxing because of Peyronie's. It might be psychological. He might be stressed about his situation that he's not focusing on having an orgasm. Also, if he's using Cialis or Viagra, those might make it difficult to orgasm. I have difficulty having an orgasm and it's because of me taking both Cialis and Viagra.

Most men don't like to share the info that we are taking ED medications so he might be taking them and not saying anything about it. I don't know for sure, that's just a guess.

Just as Inkhorn said, if you could give us some more info about the situation we might be able to help a bit more.

Avery- The lack of orgasm is probably from the prostate cancer. This happens to me sometime when the sex is more frequent. (daily or more then once a day) and when there is too much alcohol. It's great that he can get an erection after PC. In terms of positions: Missionary with a pillow under the ladies butt, works with a dorsal curve. With my dorsal curve(some worn against it) I find from behind is easiest for best penetration and orgasm.Regards Inkhorn

If you really want to please your husband I suggest oral sex.  I've never heard of a man that didn't appreciate it.  Maybe worth a try?
