well.. as you know PENTOX is not allowed in ISRAEL for some reason.. my question is how much is it really important for people with peyronies? I mean is that important like Cialis for the erections?

I read here often that people order the stuff via riverpharmacy.

To answer the other question: individual results vary

Hi Itamarzil,

Pentox was helpful for me because I did not need to take Cialis or Viagra (I did not have ED symptoms and the urologist did not recommend Cialis or Viagra when I asked). Both Cialis and Viagra contain anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic (anti-scar tissue) properties in addition to their erectogenic properties; they are both beneficial to Peyronie's if Pentox is unavailable.

I am quite surprised that Pentox is not available in Israel. It is used to treat lots of different conditions and is generally a very safe drug. Is it perhaps known under a different name like "Trental" or "Flexital"? Perhaps it could be acquired abroad and brought back in?

Age 71, Peyronies from Jan 2009 following penis fracture during sex. Severe ED.
Lost 2" length and a lot of girth. Late start, still VED, Cialis & Pentox helped. Prostate surgery 2014.

MeMo

pentox works very similar to L-carnitine and L-Arginine to enhance the blood flew; you can find these amino acids everywhere.
it is almost 1,5 month I'm on pentox (2x400 mg) and feel my plaque is somewhat softer so started to take (3x400 mg).
while it has no side effect I think any Peyronies Disease patient should try it.

I agree with you MeMo regarding Pentox, unfortunately I had to stop after 18 months because of the severe side effects.
I may give it a try later.
