I am 55 and think I have had this for about 6 months.  I can still get an erection but almost impossible to have sex anymore.  Right now I can't afford any more dr bills.  Any suggestions would be much appreciated.  It curves pretty close to the end of the penis

i'm lucky as in the uk we have the national health service, still please try to see a urologist to help you with medication etc.
