Mentos

Hi all, so im on probabaly my 3rd month of the PAC cocktail and recently been expereincing weird things that im wondering if its part of this oral regime.

One thing to note is that this past two weeks I have been drinking more than usual with a few times getting drunk.

-hands trembling, body sweats (hot then cold sensations), and increased heart rate.
- today when running i was getting out of breath, almost like a panic attack and had to stop.

I certianly am going to start not drinking again so dont worry about that. One thing that may also effect this is that i usually take the cocktail in the morning and on an empty stomach.

cheers to 2014!

Hi Mentos,

Yes, pentox can cause anxiety symptoms. I experienced them too. The chemical structure of pentox is very similar to caffeine and has the same effects like making you jittery or giving you a sour stomach.

Some ways to prevent this are to limit your caffeine intake while taking pentox, space the dosages to 4 hours apart or reduce the dosage to 800 mg total per day (2 pills per day instead of 3).

On a side note, pentox does have beneficial side effects: it greatly increased my capacity for aerobic exercise and reduced recovery time. I could run a 10 k at a decent pace and have my heart rate and breathing back to normal in 5 minutes. Also, it increases sperm motility. so if you're trying to have a baby, it helps. (That might be a disadvantage though, depending on your circumstances!)

As Skjaldborg answered you very clear, I will just say NEVER take Pentox on empty stomach!!! Always with meal.
If you will space your dosage 6 hours apart and not later that 6 PM the last one it will be even better.
