A question regarding length

There is a question that has been burning in my brain for a while now.
I hope it's the right subforum and I hope it's considered a valid question (i.e. not being deleted).
Also I had to think hard how to ask since every case of Peyronie's is different.

So the question is: Is there any data on the relationship between the loss of penile length due to Peyronie's and Plaque size as well as status of the plaque (calcified / non-calcified) and it's location in the tunica?

I wonder about this since in my particular case I only have Peyronies Disease symptoms for 9 months now and two rather small plaque: 4 mm and 1.5 mm in size. Early inflammatory stage without any curvature.
Yet since roughly August I have been gradually losing erectile length from 17.5 cm down to now 16 cm.
I also have ED and can only get really good measurements while on Cialis (in case that's relevant).

Some additional questions are:
Is this length loss due to inflammation of the tunica?
Are there already more changes going on beside the specific location of the plaque?
Are small plaques generally indicative of a more "benign" disease progression?

I will answer you from my experience. And my experience is the result of not treating this disease for three years.
During three years I lost 6.5 cm from the 18 cm I had, lost 1/2 of my girth and my plaques become calcified.
VED treatment gived me back 1.5 cm so now I am on 13 cm.
You are right that this disease is individual, but if you want to stop the lost in length and girth and even getting back what you have lost, go on VED now
I was adding to the VED also Pentox, low dose Cialis and Ubiquinol.
