I was in my late 30s or early 40s when the doctor told me I had Peyronies.
The Doctor told me at some point my penis would bend.  When I turned 50 it bent.
Not seeing any discomfort.
Was not told about any treatments.
I am on Medicare.
I was not aware there was anything that would help I am just living with it.
I am in a relationship with someone and she and I are doing okay with having sex.

You have peyronies and both of you are okay with sex.  That is the best position to be in.  To help with the curve I would suggest the single cylinder VED exercise I have posted in the VED section.

Other than that I would only recommend be careful with sex. Avoid girl on top or from behind. Have sex with boy on top with the girl's butt on a pillow.  This allows for better penetration and movement without slipping out. A rigid penis and good lube are essential to prevent futher injury.

So long as you are having an enjoyable sex life there is really nothing else to do.

I will second Jack.
VED may help straiten the curve, but if sex is OK and the curve is not progressing, no need for additional treatment.

Emjay,
If you are doing ok, that is great! Then Peyronies Disease is not a problem for you. I can't help but wonder, though, why you sought out and joined and posted on a Peyronies Disease forum. Is there something you are not telling us?
