Hi All- my Urologist prescribed Cialis + traction + vit E for my Peyronies condition. I think I've got this combination working well for me now after making various adjustments with the help of some forum contributors. Just studying the forum info I was wondering if it was worthwhile my adding Pentox to the mix? Many people seem to value it but my impression is it does a very similar job to the Cialis re facilitating good blood flow to the penis. I don't wish to over do it by duplication if it's not required. What do experienced people think? Any advice appreciated. IC

My understanding is they do a similar job, but for different reasons.

The cialis effects the blood vessels, causing them to widen.

Pentox effects the blood cells, thinning the blood and the cells can more readily enter into small(or constricted) blood vessels.

So they don't do the same thing, but they work together to achieve a similar goal, increased blood flow.

That's my understanding. Perhaps the more experienced can chime in and correct me if i'm wrong.

In any case, the more experienced say take both. So I take both.

Thnx csus for that info. I think I'll follow it up with my GP then re a possible prescription. IC

ic,

I'm new to this and still learning as well.

While pentox thins the blood, decreasing viscosity, it also makes blood cells more flexible so it can enter into small blood vessels and areas where blood vessels may be constricted, the latter of which I would think has particular significance to us guys with this condition and the associated scar tissue.

Best of luck getting a pentox prescript.

While both Cialis and Pentox will increase blood flow to the penis, only Pentox is able to penetrate into the smallest blood vessels bringing fresh blood into scarred areas. Cialis is important in maintaining regular erections especially at night.
