huntered,
I think you'll find most girls of good moral character to be totally accepting of any challenges you have, if you've already proven to them that you, yourself, are a guy worthy of caring about. By this, I mean you may have a bad experience with some one-night-stand bar hookup, but a if you're actually dating a girl, I think you'll find her to be understanding.
As to the
Erectile Dysfunction issues you're having, they're absolutely understandable if you have Peyronies Disease - the two kind of go hand-in-hand in a lot of cases. So experiment with the PDE inhibitors like Viagra, Levitra, Cialis, and if they work for you, brother, DO NOT be ashamed that you need them - you've got a legitimate medical condition no different than blood pressure or a heart problem, or anything else you'd take a pill for with no shame.
My recommendation is that if your Peyronies Disease isn't a severe bend, don't even mention it until you've been with the girl a time or two. Most of the time they won't even know anything is wrong. Then, later, if you want to explain it to her, go ahead. And whether you want to explain you take a pill because of it, also your call. But if you act sincere and comfortable with it, I almost guarantee any girl worth being with will be nurturing and supportive.
Best,
Nemo
