I started noticing pain a few months (1-3) before any bending and just attributed it to a temporary problem from masturbating (I used to go for 3~ hours, 3~ times a week  - very stupid in hind sight). I did have discomfort/pain in the perineum when sitting that goes away immediately when standing since 2010~, I attributed it to my weight and long durations of sitting.

I use to weigh 250lb's in February 2012 and rapidly lost 78 lbs by walking 4-5km/day 5days/wk (in boxer shorts) which may have contributed to it, my flaccid would look weird at times, get cold, etc. It looked like an hour glass after working out, baseball batting, or an invisible rubber band mid shaft (I had this once when masturbating too). It had many different looks and I assumed it was loose skin/veiny from losing so much weight. Other than my walks I was pretty sedentary sitting around 12 hours day.

I first noticed that pain on my middle/upper left shaft around late-Feb/early April 2013 and ignored it for the most part and assumed it was just a large vein in the area I irritated (3 large ones including the dorsal vein and one on each side). I gave it 2 weeks of abstinence and noticed no change.   It felt mostly like intermittent pinching and could be irritated by rubbing on underwear, touching, masturbating, etc. It finally started lasting weeks at a time, I started noticing my penis was harder when flaccid around this time too.

I woke up on May 2, 2013 to discomfort and noticed my morning wood was hard and bent downward at a disgusting angle like a hook, it was locked in place and deflated after 20 seconds of discomfort... I just sat there looking at it in shock then booked a doctors appointment. I noticed it would bend with morning erections (both downwards like a hook AND/OR to the left like a banana) and was highly uncomfortable when first manually starting an erection. If I supported it with my hand so it wouldn't bend under it's own weight I could get fuller/straighter erections and ~80% of the discomfort would disappear, but there would still be a minor arching bend in the middle.

Tried abstaining for 2wk, 3wk, 1mo, 18 days. It didn't seem to do much except the pinching gets slightly less painful (4/10 pain before abstaining, 3/10 after) I obviously do my business as quick/gently as possible and don't handle it anymore than I absolutely need to anymore.

My doctor said he suspected either scar tissue or Low-T (peed in the cup and never got a call back, so I assume it came back fine), he gave me a referral to a urologist and I had to sit on the waiting list for 7 months. While waiting I developed a different sharp, almost electrical jolting pain whenever it would hit the bottom of my underwear when kneeling, flopping over when rolling in bed, or even light pressure downwards at the tip. The jolts lasted a month or so then completely stopped. A few months after the jolts stopped the pinching pain a bit better and started to come and go, it wasn't as constant unless aggravated i.e wearing tighter pants like jeans, jostle it in the shower when washing, and I assume masturbating would bring it back (have been abstaining for a while).

Finally got to consult the urologist a few weeks ago, gave him my verbal history/showed pictures and he said he suspected it was Peyroine's (I hadn't had the physical exam yet). He noticed it was hard when flaccid  (I forgot to even mention it), and then he did the (uncomfortable) physical exam... and found no plaque. Morning after exam was fine for pain but the veins were noticeably quite swollen.

I got written up with some Cialis (haven't taken yet due to abstaining), another Morning Testosterone test (blood work this time?), take it easy and see him in 3 months.

As of right now I still get the rare morning wood (only about 60-70% full, smaller than normal, but feel full and are slightly uncomfortable) that is moderately straight (glans doesn't inflate), but the vast majority bend 70 degrees to the left. I am not walking anymore to give it a break from rubbing on pants, I have been abstaining for 19 days due irritating it trying on new pairs of pants when shopping and my urological exam, the pain isn't present unless irritated and thankfully leaves after a day or two.

I don't have to be very hard to get the left bend as I can notice it bend when fairly flaccid at times (though to a lesser extent like 30-35 degrees or so).

When flaccid it's close to my body and hard as a rock, flaccid sometimes pivots left or tilts or looks rotated left, still have perineum pain when sitting, morning erections are minorly uncomfortable, and I get what feels like involuntary muscle contractions when laying on my side or occasionally when rolling rolling forward/back on my perineum on certain surfaces, still get hour glassing/hard to get erections at beginning (though I still can after a bit of work).

I'm going to give it another 2 months of abstaining, take the Cialis and see if I notice any improvements... hopefully my uro doesn't notice a plaque on my follow up either.

I don't know the insurance system works in Canada but I think you should see a good Peyronies specialist as soon as you can.
He may make you a Doppler ultrasound to see if you have some plagues and if they're are calcified or not.
As I understand from your post, you are not making any treatment and it is not good.
I had made this mistake (not doing nothing for 3 years) and the results are devastating.
Proposing yo also to read at least:
