9 weeks tomorrow (plication).
I had a ventrolateral curvature (down, left) and my penis now points to the right from the base. So it seems that it does have something to do with the surgery (note that yours was curved to the right, now points to the left - mine curved to left, now points to right). But as someone else pointed out, it is not going to interfere with intercourse - it's from the base (i.e. not a curve) and can be moved to the right angle manually with no pain. I also have a slight torsion which was not corrected (perhaps intentionally - they say less than 30 degrees does not cause any issues, or 45 - not sure).
I have painful erections and it takes too long to ejaculate with masturbation - haven't had sex yet. The pain is not severe enough to make sex impossible, but it is very annoying. My surgeon says both issues (pain and sense) will resolve, but being at week 9, it's getting more and more difficult to think so.

Everyone's healing process may be different.
Some people will get fine in a short time after surgery, for some it takes much more time.
This is the reason that in my opinion you should not be negative, just wait as your surgeon said.

I have a question about the surgery that I was hoping somebody could answer.

Is it right that after about 6 weeks it doesn't matter if the sutures break as the penis should have repaired to the new shape or are the necessary forever?

LWillisjr

My understanding is that the sutures are there for a long, long time. I don't think your Tunica will just mold to the new shape.

At 10 and a half weeks it is still sensitive when fully erect but definitely better than before. I can now masturbate again without too much difficulty at least. I am unfortunately not as thick as I was about 4 weeks ago but the tilt seems to be going and the erection now seems to go straight up.

I will say that ejaculation is significantly more powerful than before. Can anyone tell me why that would be? I know it's a good thing but it is quite different to before!

Thanks for the update.
We had some members not so happy with Dr. Ralph, so I am happy that you had a good experience with him and the others.

From the doctors list, a member post:
QuoteI've seen Ralph 3 times, both privately and on NHS. Didn't get on with him, lacked empathy, found him an irritating, dismissive little man...
An other member:
QuoteI found him to be a terrible man who caused the greatest disaster of my life by injecting me.
And
QuoteI saw David Ralph privately and it took weeks to get an appointment even then...I was a little underwhelmed with the attention I got... His team never followed up my emails despite me chasing several times...

Others may have better opinion on him

They were right, he is a cold and distant man who believes to be God.

His staff is never present and they answer very slowly to emails and general requests.

I had to know them recently because my surgery with Dr Kuehhas was in London, using dr Ralph's clinic.
