Hi Everyone,

I've been reading up on this forum for quite some time now but never posted. I appreciate all the help and support afforded to everyone.

I first noticed a 30 degree curve to the left a year ago after having an accident during sex. It never bothered me, so I ignored it.

Sometime in August, I noticed a pea sized lump on the left side of my penis and this progressively got bigger. It has never caused me any pain, only slight discomfort in October and when I masturbate. The plaque is now about 2cm wide by 3 cm long. I believe most of it has calcified based on the ultrasound report. But the curve reduced to about 10 degree bend.

I started Vitamin E and L-Argine in October and Pentox two weeks ago. I don't know if the pentox is helping at all because I noticed the scar tissue hardening in the two weeks after starting Pentox. Is this too soon to tell? I have lost about .5 inch in length and 1 inch in girth and hourglassing has started. Could pentox be hastening the reduction in size?

ED has definitely kicked in. I lose my erection within a matter of 10-15 seconds. I am seeing my urologist in 4 days. I will ask him to prescribe cialis or viagra. Based on my research, he seems to be a proponent of traction. Do you guys suggest that I try the VED instead based on my symptoms?

Any advice/suggestions? Questions to ask my urologist?

Hey Bondc, really sorry to hear your going through this. I am also 26.

I recommend you buy a VED immediately, since it helps with erection quality and penis health in general. No doubt I am a lucky one, but In only 3 weeks it's nearly restored my penis back to it's original state. Even if you have calcification, I would imagine that VED would still be beneficial for you.

I don't have a curve to the left or right, but rather an upward curve and hourglass, nearly gone now due to VED and maybe oral supplements. Can I ask you, does your penis hang straight? or does it hinge and somewhat buckle when you are flaccid and out doing things?

Feel free to PM any of us as often as you want. I do not have answers for you regarding pentox worsening your condition : / Peyronies is so hard to track and it can worsen for apparently no reason at all. I remember getting worse on supplements a few years back too. Yet now here I am swearing by some of the supplements I am taking. Good luck! Hope to hear how things work out and really hoping for you to have improvement.

Pentox can't worsen the Peyronies symptoms. Pentox is making the red blood cells more flexible and for this reason the oxygen supply to all our body parts is improving.
I am advising you to start Pentox and daily 5 mg Cialis. Will help with ED and have some evidences that this combination is softening scar tissues.
VED has helped me (and many others) to get back 1/2" from the 2&1/2' I have lost to Peyronies.
Regarding VED or Traction (or both) you can find members opinion in the links bellow:

Hi Everyone, just thought I'd give an update.

It's been more than a year since my initial diagnosis and it's been a roller coaster of a ride emotionally.

I had plaques on the left side that eventually disappeared and now I have plaques on the right that are disappearing slowly.

I had a curve to the left now I have a slight curve to the right, but as the plaque reduces in size the curve has reduced.

Vitamin E and L-Argine and Pentox did almost nothing for me I believe. In fact, I had a benign tumor on my thyroid about 7 months after I started taking pentox. I was told that the tumor was probably caused by an auto immune issue.....maybe pentox caused it? Who knows. Anyhow I'm off pentox. I continue to see improvements without any real treatment treatment. Almost like my body healing itself. I do however use cialis once in a while. I think it might have helped accelerate the healing process though.

Obviously my tunica is less elastic and I'm not as horny as I was a year ago, but I can deal with this.

One thing I would like to say and I did discuss this with Old Man- The VED was a terrible decision for me. It exacerbated and irritated a small tiny nodule that I had on the right side and made it worse. VED doesn't work for everyone. I was VERY CAREFUL and stopped pumping the moment I had even an ounce of discomfort.

I'm a lot more careful during sex and while masturbating and I've limited sex/masturbation to one time a day. I'm always scared that it'll get worse, but I'm hoping science will have a cure for us all in the future. Good luck and take care everyone.

Thanks for the update, I'm glad to hear you have some improvement!

Like you, VED made things worse for me, althought purely lymph related, it broke some lymph vessels and gave me chronic edema which is getting worse to this day. It's ruined my confidence almost more than Peyronie's itself and I am looking for an expert opinion to see if surgery can fix it.

In the end I still advise people to try VED, but with extreme caution, as in "you won't even notice you're overpumping", I was careful as hell.

Did you take anything else, and did Arginine not help with erections? Popping a few of those always gives me hard erections.
