Good evening everyone!

I wondered if anyone had any pointers on pain relief during erections. I have no problem getting one with my fiancé. But it's too painful when erect for intercourse. I've heard that this subsides after time? Any feedback or pointers would be great.

Thanks

It sounds like you are still in the acute stage of Peyronies Disease.  Most likely, the pain will eventually go away.  When I was having pain with erections, we engaged in oral sex only; when the pain started getting less, we started having gentle intercourse and I had some soreness after sex.  After some time passed, the pain was no longer an issue.

Each man is different, but a good rule of thumb is to be very cautious and be patient...you don't want to injure yourself any more than you already are.  Peyronies Disease takes time to heal and the supplements and VED can definitely help.

My pain was that bad for only a very short time, so my advice will be purely speculative. I would suggest some heat therapy during the down time, when not erect. You can do that by wrapping your member with a warm washcloth. In addition, many guys claim that Pentox helps with the pain. I didn't start taking it until later, so I cannot attest to that. Those would be my suggestions.

I used to wake up couple of times a night due to nocturnal painful erections.  Those were tough times.  It takes time but it does go away. Be patient.

Pentox helped and helps many regarding pain.
Some witnessed immediate relieve, for most take time, for some it doesn't help.
You may want to use Pentox as soon as you can.

Advil can be helpful in stopping acute pain, perhaps take it an hour or so before intercourse/other sexual activity. Definitely keep having sex but go easy on it. No girl on top.

Pentox is not an approved drug for Peyronies.
My sister is living in NY, so first she bought me the Pentox from riverfarmacy.
I have told her that is to increase oxygen supply to the different parts of my body, and it is true because Pentox makes the red blood cells flexible so they can carry the oxygen into the smallest veins.
Maybe this what you should say to your sister also ;D

Can't you get your GP to prescribe it? I am newly diagnosed and have similar pain. I went to my GP who said to wait till I see the urologist. I changed gp's, the took the new guy the information for this site and he gave me the prescription for the pentoxide and Cialis.

Find a different GP or take some literature to your GP, that's my advice
Good luck
