For those of us dealing with calcification of tissue as we fight this, I came across the following:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/2133625  It looks like magnesium is being used in other areas in treating calcified tissue. As this is an older article, Has anyone had any luck with anything similar? This gives me some hope that there may be a way through this.

Interesting that nothing gone forward from 1990.
Or maybe yes, just no publications?

it`s because the percentage of men that have peyronies disease seems low. I say this because i bet men simply are afraid to admit they have it. If you actually look it up, woman that have lost their breast due to breast cancer can now regrow new ones simply with fat stem cell injections. It was invented in Japan and is now really popular in america as a form of breast enlargement.

It`s extremely obvious that those fat stem cells works in growing new breast tissue because woman with no breasts at all due to cancer have grown breast tissue.

Also besides the lack of profits being the main reason why they won`t fund research for men, a poll was done that woman, ``wives`` don`t want their husbands to use Viagra because their afraid that their husband will cheat being able to have firm erections at 50+. So i can bet you money a lot of wives will try to discourage their husbands from finding a cure.

I find it hard to believe that only a small percentage of men have peyronies as everything in the body breaks down with time and age. It`s just a natural process.

If someone is willing to fund a campaign to increase awareness of Peyronies Disease then we would have had a cure by now.

Too bad, it`s pretty sad since no one want to acknowledge this, all the information out on the web tells people that your penis does not suffer wear and tear. that`s exactly what peyronies is, it`s just wear and tear.

I have long considered magnesium to be one of the most neglected supplements.  Most people in the world don't get nearly enough of it.  I have been taking it continually now for years, probably close to ten years.  Having enough of it is very important to calcium metabolism, but not really relevant to fibrosis itself.

Magnesium increases testosterone, usually taken in ZMA. It also aids sleep, which in turn increases testosterone. It's very important along with many other basic things we all should be getting in our diets.

It's easy to get on pentox and some other more advanced supplements, but it's important to cover the bases first and build a healthy foundation. If only I was taking a multi !
