Dear All,

I am Nick, 30 years old. October last year i noticed a left dorsal curvature which got worse by March this year. I have a deep dent on left side, which feels like has a thin cord inside. I also have three minor dents, one on left side and two on right side.

I went to urologist who recommended to take vitamin e and come back in 3 months. I knew that something was wrong so i went to a second urologist. Second urologist was much better, but did not prescribe anything. Thanks God i am stubborn, so i did some research and went to a third urologist in June. He confirmed that i had peyronies and prescribed verapramil gel, vitamin e cream, l-arginine and traction device. My curvature is around 22-25 degrees. I know compared to some of the folks here its nothing, but it has ruined my life ever since.

I bought x4labs extender, but its too uncomfortable and can not be worn, so i wasted around 300 dollars and set it aside. After discussing with my urologist we decided that phallosan would work best. I bought it and started wearing it (temporary stopped because i have some pain in tip of the glans which radiates further down - hopefully i did not worsen my condition). I developed a blister as well so had to stop using phallosan in order to heal. In total i managed to wear it only for 20 days for 2-5 hours daily. So far i see no results in my treatment.

I would be thankful if you could make couple of suggestions:

1. Should i add CQ10 to my treatment plan?

2. I want to buy VED ( i dont have erection problems) because traction devices require significant time investment which i dont have. I am thinking of buying either androvacuum or hydro pumps (bathmate, penomet). Which one would you recommend?

3. During your treatment did you adopt certain diet?

Like i said i am 30 years old, not dating anyone, not sexually active. But i would like to get back to dating scene and ultimately find my second half. I would give up a decade of my life to get cured, because this disease is turning my life into nightmare. Not only it shrunk my penis to 5.2 but also occupies my brain and does not let me relax or concentrate on my job.

I would appreciate any advice you could offer!

Thanks,
Nick

Nick,
You are correct in that a 20 degree curve is pretty mild. Many men have some natural curve of 10-20 degrees to this is somewhat normal. Don't let this disease get to your head (the one with the brain). Many men get mentally defeated which can lead to ED and other issues.

If you can get and maintain an erection, and achieve climax, then I would encourage you to get back into the dating scene ASAP. You can still do you therapy in the meantime with the VED. And I can almost guarantee that no woman is going to question the look of your penis. The come in all sizes and shapes.

LWillisjr thanks a lot for your supportive comment!

You are right it does mess with my head. I feel like a weak spartan kid that needs to be thrown from the cliff since i have a defect. It did hit my confidence and everything else with it.

I can maintain erection, but i am very afraid not to make more damage to penis during intercorse. The whole idea of loosing length if it worsens just terrifies me more, i am already 5.2.

I do have phallosan, which i was using, but temporary stopped due to pain in glans. I am currently taking L-argynine, omega 3, centrum vitamins for heart and applying verapromil gel.

My goal is to stabilize the disease and then improve curvature.

I want to add VED to my program. But dont know which one to buy. I read some posts in VED section and don't think i need a three cylinder one.

Could you please help me chose between androvacuum, penomet and bathmate?

Nick- Send a PM to OLD MAN-He is the resident authority on VED. Ask him to also give you his protocol for how to best use it. Regards Inkhorn

Nick

VED will help you not to lose length and girth.
On the VED board you can find the usage protocol and where to buy one.
In my opinion you need the single cylinder. It will do the job.
Regarding CoQ10, yes go on it. It is helping also with general health.

Thanks, do you think it might return me to my previos measurements? I am sure i wont be straight like an arrow again, but close to it would be great!

Treated in early stages this disease can be bitten and you have chance to get back as you was. A good chance.
Not treating it for long time from the setup as I have done it is a disaster because you will never be able to get back what you have lost. Talking from my own experience.
