Hello everyone. So I have chronic pelvic pain syndrome. This syndrome cause very hindered bloodflow to the penis. However I get decent or ok erections but when standing my flaccid becomes shrunken and firm (not so much due to plaque because certain muscular contractions I induce to myself hel;p the penis relax, allowing me to feel EXTREMELY slight scarring which has given me a roughly 3 degree curve to the right. I feel with this very slight damage, I am fine so far and can definitely try to halt further progression with pentox.

HOWEVER, pentox appears to work due to the fact it increases bloodflow to the penis due to thinning the blood. My question is I already have hindered bloodflow that is muscular related to my pelvic floor. So I Constantly have hindered bloodflow for roughly 80 percent of the day. my question is, is pentox only going to help or work if bloodflow to the penis is already relatively normal? (especially in the flaccid state, since that is the state the penis is in most commonly).....or is there some other mechanism of pentox besides blood thinning that simply attacks the plaque? Is it worth even trying in my unique situation

Pentox will improve blood flow throughout your body, not just your penis. Pentox is also used as a post-acute stroke drug to help restore blood flow into the smallest blood vessels. I use Pentox before my weight lifting sessions and it gives me excellent vascularity. As for whether you should take it, that question is best addressed to your urologist because of your particular situation.

I will just add to what Matt has said that Pentox is modifying the red blood cells to be more flexible and can enter the smallest veins.
As the red blood cells are carrying to oxygen, the oxygen supply is better to all our body parts.
I have benefits from Pentox not connected to Peyronies.
I will propose you also to start taking low dose Cialis (2.5 mg) and CoQ10 (or Ubiquinol if you are older than 40).
This combination of Pentox, low dose Cialis and CoQ10 will help with arresting and even reversing the Peyronies symptoms.
