Is this early signs of peyronies?

Hello all and thank you for your support.

Recently I have been struck with many concerning symptoms with my penis such as possible herpes infection, what I think may be lymphatic thrombosis (a string like hard thin line along my penis shaft towards pubic area) &  most recently some hard cartilage which m worried may be the beginning of Peyronies Disease.  please can you let me know if these symtpoms could be early signs of Peyronies Disease and what I should do.  Thanks

What I notice is a hard cartilage line along the top of my penis from base to head. Unlike the lymphatic line which is very superficial and small this one is about a cm in width and deeper. I may have had it always when erect but I am concerned now because I Saw a urologist and he felt my placid penis and said there was some hardening of the cartiledge. Althought he never mentioned Peyronies Disease. I do not have a new bend in my penis nor any pain during erection.

Thank you all kindly

Mentos

Any type of response would be greatly appreciated

It is difficult from what you have described. I don't understand your uro telling you there is some hardening of the cartilage, as there is no cartilage in your penis. Maybe he was describing some plaque formation. But if this has been there for a long time and you don't have any other issues then I wouldn't worry about it.

If you just want to keep your penis healthy and be proactive, then take a look at the VED board and look into doing some regular VED therapy. It is great for just overall penile health.

In my opinion, to be sure that you don't have Peyronies you should search an other uro and make a Doppler ultrasound.
The hardening what you are describing it may be Peyronies, this is the reason I am proposing you to do that.
Just don't waist time as it is important to get on treatment if it is Peyronies.

Thank you for your input James,

I will try to see another urologist ASAP. For now should i try to get some pantox and cialis to improve blood flow?

Also, is it common or does it happen where the hardness is a line from the base of the penis to the head? No specific bumps or anything just a straight line?

Thanks you!!

Mentos, my peyronies started like that, and I still have a line or cord that goes up my penis from the base. I guess the only way to know is to get an ultra sound and see a good urologist. As you know, lymph blockage seems to be superficial, so what you describe sounds more along the lines of peyronies.

I would consider VED and do everything you can to improve blood flow at this point.

I have a lot of cord like structures that started out as only a few back when this started. It seems like these structures are there to begin with, being fascia or ligaments or something, and in some cases they get damaged and become pronounced. Nobody to back me up on this though. In my case my cords come from inside my body, and travel all the way up my penis. They got harder and more pronounced as things got worse.

Now I just do manual stretches in between inducing very hard erections to try to fill out my penis more evenly, basically I try to get the effects of VED and traction without having either devices. I take about an hour to do it but it always helps! In my case at least.
(this is no replacement for VED of course)

You could get on Cialis and Pentox, but before doing so consider your health habits and diet at the moment. Fix what is the easiest to fix first! And VED, aside from being just a healthy thing to get into in the first place, is one of the only treatments that seems to really be working for people here.

One of my plaques are exactly as you are describing. Is like a chord running from the base until under the glans, to side of my penis.
It makes me a banana shape and shorten my penis.

Thanks for responding.

What did your chord like thing look like? I have two, one is off to the right side ontop of my penis and starts in the pubic area (it is thin and hard) and then kinda turns to the side of my penis half way up and disappears. My second one is much bigger and deeper and goes from the base to the head of my penis...

Additionally, occasionally I have seen a small (about 2 cm) swollen lymph looking line near the top of my shaft. It appears to come after masturbation and then subsides -even when i just touch it. Sometimes i see it when I wake up too. any relation to peyronies?

& Yes I am definitely doing everything to stay healthy, improve blood flow, and increase testosterone.

Thanks for your response.

I'm 26 too. Always had a congenital curve. For now I recommend laying off masturbation, or just taking more time in between so you can get the best possible erections when you do have them! Erections are important, but having you penis constantly inflamed is the worst. It takes a long time to get the inflammation down. It's not something that we can really notice.

How is your deformity?

Mentos

I saw a urologist yesterday and he was pretty adamant that i do not have peyronies although I showed him the thrombosed lymph and what I thought was a new hardness -even when flaccid, from the bottom of my penis to the top.

I read on another forum of people talking about a thrombosed lymph and relating it to peyronies so I am worried. The doctor told me it would go away --as these other people on the forum were informed as well, but I have had it for a few months.

What am I to think or do?

Based on what the doctor decided that is not Peyronies?
What kind of tests he had made?
Sorry that "those things" are not going away but I am not a doctor.

Mentos, it may be a sign of peyronies still, but we don't know. I was told I didn't have peyronies over and over by two different urologists before my bend started getting pronounced.

Please tell us, if you have any bending or not. If not, don't be ashamed, your post is still relevant. Does your penis bend after orgasm? Do you have any dents, hinging or hourglassing, can you let us know if you have any typical symptoms?

To be safe, be careful from now on, take a break from sex for a bit maybe and see if it changes.

Mentos

At this point I don't notice any new bend , hour glass or anything like that. What's really concerning me is this lymph thrombosis which is like a chord like sting that goes from my pubic area half way up my penis as well as this other swelling which happens after masterbation which is like a cm long below the head of my penis.

The scary part with the thin chord like lymph thrombosis (what the doctor told me it was) is that when I pinch it and just below it I feel like there is some more of them but thu are still attached to the structure there
