Hey I have to wait a month for my urologist appointment and am looking for some help and guidance in the meantime. I am 22 years old and have always had a congenial curvature. Up until over a year ago I use to masturbate prone face down with a lot of pressure and believe this caused some damage.  About a year back I was having intercourse for the first time in a while and when the girl was on top i felt a harsh bend and snap and had extreme pain for about a half hour. Their was never any bruising but since then I have had erectile dysfunction and chronic pain.

OK Here is the main issues.

my penis no longer fully fills with blood on the left side and it is painful. My erection tilts to the right Because it is not rigid on the left. I went 30 days without masturbation and notices a hard lump that formed under the skin after the time off. the lump is only felt during erection which makes me wonder if it is a vein or scar tissue. Also i have not been able to have sex since that time because as soon as i feel torque in that area I lose my erection fully. i have not masturbated in 3 days and i still feel pain on that side. Does anyone have any insight on my condition? I appreciate any response.

You may have experienced "broken penis." Masturbating prone with a lot of pressure is one of the causes of peyronies in young men.  When you felt the snap and pain you should have gone to the Emergency Room. As a result of all this you may well have peyronies.

I always recommend that when you go to the urologist take a written description of your condition along with a list of questions. That way with the anxiety of the moment you will not forget and questions.

Ok thanks I will do that for my appointment. One thing I am concerned about is I can not pin point the hard spot when flaccid and I am concerned this will affect the diagnosis. Also another thing  is I have always usually slept face down which puts pressure on nocturnal erections. If i sustain from masturbation and force myself to sleep on my back for an extended period of time could this help my erections and pain?

One of the great Male Sexual Function Specialist can spot a peyronies scar or plaque just by looking. He can also feel it either flaccid or erect.

You do not have to stop masturbating just don't do it prone. When sleeping face down try waring Jockey Pouch Briefs they offer support without waring a jock strap. Try sleeping on your side with a pillow tucked in at chest.

Above all get to one of the great doctors as soon as you can.

jack has given you some good advice. It seems to me that if you left chamber is not filling with blood, that this would cause your erection to pull to the left instead of to the right.
