I find it very hard to fall asleep with peyronies, if i do fall asleep its in some tripped out position which leads me to wake up an hour later with a dead arm, i try to bend my knees and i can feel the scar tissue ache acutely, i try to sleep on my back like some of my friends in the marines recommend but it doesn't work for me, so my sleeping position is usually face down right leg straight(peyronies side) and my left leg bent a little, with my right arm under my torso being crushed(more comfortable than bending my knee.) So PDS do you have any tips or sleeping position that help you?

I am sleeping exactly in the same position as you and I have Peyronies.
Do you have pain if you sleep in this position? If not, my private opinion is that it will not make your Peyronies worst (sleeping position)

thanks for the reply james i appreciate it, as i said if i bend my right knee it feels very tight in the scar tissue.  my nut will sometimes ascend into my body also if i do bend my knee, there is always the dull ache but keeping the leg straight causes minimal discomfort, James does sleeping in this position with the straight leg cause any lower back pain for you?,  I recently had hip surgery also, i had a  couple conditions called a ganz legion and a labral tear, i think this is another contributing factor as to why my sleep has been so poor, i wake up most mornings feeling like i have slept for 15 minutes and it's really taking a toll on my sanity, i feel the only thing that gets me to sleep is at least 60mg of codeine and if i do wake up during the middle of the night i can feel it's affects on my heart rate, now i know why the chinese smoked all that opium lol, maybe some sleeping pills could help me?
again i thank you for your reply

elro- That's a drag brother. Sleep is a major boon and necessity, to any healing process, and general well being. I would imagine  the codeine would work, but for me it would become a "habit" as a drug user calls it. Perhaps you can get a GP to prescribe Ambian or some less threatening sleep aid. My solution before bed is a large glass of red wine and 5 mg of melatonin. Solomon of old say's "Wine makes merry the heart of man" Regards Inkhorn

I sleep on my side with a pillow between my legs (bony knees). This way nocturnal erections don't have to fight against the sheet and comforter. This was very helpful in the acute stage and I still sleep this way. Be sure to get your exercise and limit your caffeine intake in the afternoon to help get a better night's sleep.

Best,

I am changing sides, always one knee bended. With two strait legs I can't sleep because of back pain, discus problems between 12, 13, 14, 15.
Regarding sleep, we need 8 hours per day. So if I am waking up every hour because I have urinating problems I feel very tired in the morning. With my meds to melt the bladder stones and Harnal/FlowMax is better and I feel less tired.
Pentox after 6 makes me sleeping problems also.
