Looking for a 3 cylinder unit

I am not mechanically inclined and doubt I would be able to construct my own modified 3 cylinder unit successfully. So I would like to find a good vacuum device that has 3 different size cylinders that I can purchase in the USA. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it. Please be specific on brands and websites. Have had this for about 17 months now and none of the Pentox or supplements have done anything. Thought I'd give this a solid try. Thanks.

You may find many advices regarding VED on this board.
Regarding Pentox and supplements (I don't know what are the supplements you are taking so I assume that they are what other forum members are taking), you don't know what was your situation without taking them.
You may be in much worst situation today without them (from my own experience).

Hey Guys- I tried to post this under an old thread about VED's and broken blood vessels, but it won't let me. I went away this weekend with my wife and had decent sex all three days, which for me was pretty damn good considering Peyronies and all the other sexual health issues. This morning when I woke up, I noticed a broken blood vessel right at the middle of my shaft. This has happened several times before prior to the onset of peyronies. I know it is caused by the constriction rings or when I pull them off. I have no choice, I need to have the amount of pressure I use and two tight rings or I don't stay hard enough, long enough to get it on. My question is- Is this breaking of the blood vessels contributing to more plaque and damage? Thanks Inkhorn

My private opinion of course, broken blood vessel will no cause Peyronies.
