What 3 Cylinder Unit do You Use?

I'm considering getting a 3 cylinder VED but don't know of all the options available. I know of the SomaSTF but I read somewhere that it wasn't optimal if you have Peyronies and ED. What are the different high quality 3 cylinder VED systems available in the U.S., and what are each ones advantages/disadvantages if any? I've heard of the Esteem, Osbon, and SomaSTF and that's it, and not sure if all of those are 3 cylinder units.
