Newbie - Looking for reliable treatment options

Just found this forum and looking for something reasonably reliable to try.  Have advanced to a moderate stage of Peyronies Disease in the last couple of years. First noticed something was different a little over two years ago.  Different, meaning some hard tissue that was apparent during an erection.  Can now feel the hard tissue at all times of erection and non-erection.  Tried Vitamin E for several months with no results.  No insurance. Any medical treatment I receive is through the VA.  In a relationship and sexual intimacy is still a part of that relationship although sometimes it just doesn't seem quite right or as good as it should be functionally. Age is 62 and in very good health.  No major psychological problems although Peyronies Disease is not something I want to reveal to friends or family because I find it somewhat embarrassing. Mentioned to doctor at VA with no reliable advice or treatment other than to try Vitamin E. Discussed it with girlfriend and she is ok with feel and performance.

You didn't give too much information regarding your symptoms, so I can't say more
