Ok, i have 5 questions for those that now have an implant.

1) Does penile implant reduce lenght?

2) If i've lost girth because peyornie, does penile implant recover girth?

3) How is the rigidity of erection compared whit natural erection?

4) How is the penis sensitivity?

5) Which are the best world surgeons for an implant?

6) Is glans hard in erection, or softer compared at prepeyronie condition?

I've 29 years and i don't want see anymore my penis deformed, so probably implant is the only definitive solution.

Thanks to all.

A LGX will expand 15% to 20% in length, but not beyond what you normally are. A good graphic is at www.amslgx.com/  That can take anywhere form 6 months to 3 years. In my case 1/2" in 3 months, 3/4" at 1 year and almost 1" in 18 months.
In August Dr. Milam told me some men were having expansion up to 3 years. So I checked and sure enough almost another 1/4". So my length gain was almost 1 1/4 inches in 3 years.
Peyronies causes so much damage you more than likely will not be able to gain back to 18cm. At 13cm now you could get back to about 15.6cm. The VED exercise could help you gain another cm and that would add to that.
Girth is another subject. Within 6 months I had regained my youthful girth of 6.28".

1) My length is about 1 or 2 cm shorter, but I think because of Peyronies Disease.
2) I had an AMS 700 LGX implanted and girth is normal again
3) Rigidity is just as strong and remains so as long as you (or your partner) want
4) Sensitivity is somewhat less, but I'm not sure if that comes from the implant or just from age - I'll be 70 next week.
5) I had mine done in the University Clinic in Freiburg, Germany by Dr. Christian Leiber

   (49) 761 270 2401 (he speaks good English) or christian.leiber@uniklinik-freiburg.de

I can highly recommend him; I am perfectly straight, hard as a rock, almost the original size and sex is fun again!

Thanks...and what about glans in erection? Is it as though it was before surgery or is it softer?

timk

Glans is normal; I get about a 30-40% natural erection when aroused and the glans is fully functional.

So, ultimately, is your sex life quality the same compared to your pre peyronie's life?

Thanks

timk

I wouldn't say it's the same, but it's very good - even better in that you can maintain an erection for hours, if you and your partner want, and you can get an erection at any time, which is probably more important for somebody my age.

I'm 23 years old and have a malleable penile implant for 4 months now

1) Increased my lenght when flacid and reduced a little compared to pre peyronie and increased a little compared with peyronie
2) In my case, yes
3) It's not the same, but very satisfactory. Better than when i had peyronie
4) I had some loss of sensitivity, sex is longer, don't bother me
5) I don't know
6) It's hard, the implant is also at the glans, to prevent SST deformity

I recommend the surgery

What is "SST deformity" ? Can you explain your experience with your glans any further? Thanks

It's when the glans does not became erect with the penis, looking fallen, this occurs especially in severe Erectile dysfunction. How i said, i still have residual erection, so my glans and my penis increase when I'm excited. I don't know what more you would want to know about the glans
I strongly recommend the surgery. After years and years trying all the type of things described here, i have a definitive and satisfactory solution. The first months are difficult, but after this all return to normality. I had help from people here that did the surgery, like jean claude.
Malleable penile implant is better for young people cause it has more durability and for men that still have residual erection the result is very good. Sincerely, if I had to choose any implant again in the future, i will put the malleable again.
