Hi guys

i am a 46 years old guy, was married with two children, now divorced. Had over 50 sex partners until now and no one ever complained about my penis, until one year ago when I met a lovely woman, younger than me by 11 years, who finally told me that my curvature causes her some discomfort. She suggested surgery and I was quite reluctant so I bought a penis extender device, only to find that it is painful and that it would take one year to correct my curvature, with in fact little to no results. So I found information about Dr Kuehaas, which brought me here.

My penis is evenly bent, it is in fact like a portion of a circle. It is not Peyronie as far as I can tell, having had it as long as I can remember. Probably congenital unless I fell from my craddle and broke it :)
I would say the overall curvature is 30° but it is hard to say. The glans has also some rotation. i would post pictures of drawings but I cannot find a way.
The length is currently approximately 17 cm when I press a ruler firmly into the fat pad, ( bone pressed erect length) so I am average and my fiancee does not want me to lose any of those centimeters, so that is an important point for both of us.

Well, that is about it. Whishing ya all the best on your journey to recovery.

Seriousy...please listen to my advice. Don't do a damn thing. Nothing. If it works perfectly and you're at 30 degrees, just leave it alone. Don't push, pull, yank, extend, jab with a needle...just do nothing. Be thankful you have a functioning penis and an impressive list of women.

Thanks for the advice, I can really understand your point. However, my GF is complaining... She was, before me, with a guy well endowed and with a perfectly straight penis, she tends to mention him often. Although she told me she loves me and does not want me to do any harm to my penis, saying she prefers me to keep it as it is, she also mentioned discomfort quite often. We just discussed about it, she says " maybe its just an idea that got stuck in my mind and I should get rid of it" but I can see how she feels when she imagines it straight. Without going too much into details, she loves sex and she likes when the penis touches the end of her vagina, which she can achieve with me only by moving in some awkward positions... I certainly don't want to see her leave for another man, not only she is beautiful but she is over educated and top smart, and I have never dreamed of such amazing intercourse.

Like I said I am not sure how to measure the curvature. Here is a not too explicit drawing made after a photo, I hope it is ok to post this here since its really technical and without any nudity per se

Actually you can do this with actual pictures or tracings. If you drew it accurately then it appears to be about a 37 degree curve.

Thanks lwilllisjr! I was never very good with geometry. Yes, the drawing is quite accurate. My GF read somewhere that beyond 30 degrees penetration could not be pleasurable for women. I told her I was probably under this value, which could explain she finds intercourse mostly pleasurable. I will therefore keep that piece of information for myself... Although I doubt she will come in bed with tracing paper. Thanks again for the feedback

The direction of the curve also has an impact on how uncomfortable it might be.

I suppose so. Anyway, surgery is recommended only for patients with severe curvatue (45 degrees or more) so she will just have to suffer..

No, she will not have to suffer...
Traction (you remember you have given us a link?), VED, oral meds, (especially Pentox & low dose Cialis) will help reducing the curvature.

Age 71, Peyronies from Jan 2009 following penis fracture during sex. Severe ED.
Lost 2" length and a lot of girth. Late start, still VED, Cialis & Pentox helped. Prostate surgery 2014.
Got amazing support on the forum

Hi James
Yes, but as we say in France the shoemaker goes barefoot. I have a scientific background but my field is not Peyronies Disease. As for traction, I am developing a routine based on scientific facts, and I will post t here when it is complete. I am reluctant to use VED for different reasons, and being hypersexual already I would not try Cialis. Pentox has no proven results on CPC.
There is one field I am interested in. Which might yield interesting results, but I don't think it has been tried in Peyronies Disease : it is called Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field Therapy, or pulsed signal therapy. Do you happen to know if anyone here tried it?
