Hi there. I'm going to see my doctor today in about 3 hours. He has opened a private Office. It's going to cost 250 euros, but will not loose him, because him and my girlfriend are the only ones i trust with my penis. Haha.. Anyway... Its my 6 month check up, and happy to say all is well. I have regained most of the sensation when having orgasm. Its not like before, but pretty close. I have also noticed that i last much longer when having sex. I never suffered from premature ejaculation and could last at least 40-50 min. Now i can go over an hour. I will be asking him about this. I think it only takes time, and to have patience, because it gets alot better.

This is off topic, but i need to ask the DOC. today about little seminal fluid that i ejaculate. I know age is a factor( i am 42) and not blaming the surgery, because i had this problem from before. I have been taking lecitina of soya, fertilex, cialis, and centrum vitamins with zinc. I have noticed more seminal fluid, and an increase of testosterone levels. From 2.14 6 months ago, I am now at 7.23. Huge increase. I have just recently have taken a fertility test to see how my boys are doing. No results yet. Anyone have any remedies to increase ejaculate fluid.

When I get back from my doctor I will post my findings.

Claude.

First question is why do you want to increase seminal fluid?

There are some herbs that some claim increase volume but results are pretty dubious.  Pygeum is one.

Finally, production volume may not be the issue.  If your prostate is enlarged it may be a matter of a partial retrograde ejaculation in which some (or all) of the semen is ejaculated into the bladder.

Hi there. I want to increase seminal fluid to increase the chances that my girlfriend and I want to have a kid. My girlfriend and i usually read alot about methods in helping me regain my sensations lost, by years of undiagnosed diabetes and surgery. As mentioned, most of my sensations have returned(almost like before) but increasing volume of ejaculation , the more intense the orgasm. Also for having a child, the more the better. Anyways my visit went well, the operation went better than expected. For the problem that I mentioned for more ejaculate he prescribed me 2 pills...Flogmev 1 capsul morning, and Fertimev 1 capsul at night. It is for a 1 month period. He did mention to keep drinking large amounts of water( I drink 2x1.5 litre bottles daily) and to drink daily at least 1/2 litre of milk. Also eating celery daily will help increase volume. I asked about the products on line (semenax) He was sceptical about these products. He asked me if I wanted to risk trying them, to not take any other products, foods, or anything that can vary results. In Italy we have no such products and are only seen online.  Anyways.. I'm doing great, and my girlfriend and I are very satisfied... What else can I ask for. I'll keep posting info if I have increased volume if anyone is interested.

I can tell you that the amount of ejaculation has NOTHING whatsoever to do with the intensity of an orgasm.  Ask any woman ho doesn't ejaculate at all.

My orgasms for whatever reason are more intense since I have had prostate surgery than before.  If you know anything about male anatomy and prostate surgery you know that once you have had a prostatectomy you do not ejaculate at all.  Also it takes no volume to impregnate a woman.  It take one microscopic sperm.  Every drop of normal semen has millions of them.  Many naive kids that thought they could take their penis out before ejaculation knows by bad experience that a tiny drop of semen oozing out with pre-ejaculate is all it takes to get a girl pregnant.

Hi there... I'm not a doctor but know a little of how things work down there, and i'am quite aware how the female genitalia works, and i'm NOT!!! trying to sell miracle pills or anything like that. Fortunately I found a brilliant urologist/andrologist who is taking care of  my Peyronies, but I also have problems with diabetes, an enlarged prostrate(benign prostatic hyperplasia) retrograde ejaculation, and age.

There are differences in female and male orgasms, and each one is different from person to person. This passage is taken from woman's health journal:
Women have described the sensations of orgasm as beginning with a sense of suspension, quickly followed by an intensely pleasurable feeling that usually begins at the clitoris and spreads throughout the pelvis. The genitals are often described as becoming warm, electric or tingly, and these physical sensations usually spread through some portion of the body. Most women also feel muscle contractions in their vagina or lower pelvis, often described as "pelvic throbbing".

The subjective feeling of orgasm in men has been described quite consistently as beginning with the sensation of deep warmth or pressure that corresponds to ejaculatory inevitability, the point when ejaculation cannot be stopped. It is then felt as sharp, intensely pleasurable contractions involving the pc muscles, anal sphincter, rectum, perineum and genitals. Some men describe this part as a sensation of pumping. Finally, a warm rush of fluid or a shooting sensation describes the actual process of semen travelling through the urethra during ejaculation.

Fortunately I take good care of my self (gym, swimming) and keep myself active. I also have a healthy diet. So these two factors are step in the right direction. Now these are some articles in Heath Journals found on line.(my girlfriend and I go through them very often)
"larger amounts of semen produces a better orgasm experience.
Certainly, every contraction with the release of semen during ejaculation produces an intense feeling of orgasm. According to research, majority of men experienced approximately 6 seconds of orgasm. If a man can increase semen volume, the length of orgasm can be beyond that 6 seconds. Yet, this desire stems from more than simple vanity. Increased volume translates into increased potency (the more sperm, the better the chance of impregnation) and increased pleasure (the larger the volume, the greater number of pleasurable muscle contractions).

The sensation of orgasm is a relief of tension beginning just before the semen starts to be released, and ending with the final contraction – so if there is not much semen the orgasm will be short. Most men ejaculate more fluid at some times than at others – the amount can vary from a few drops to two teaspoonfuls.

Ageing is one of the most common reasons for a decrease in the amount of fluid produced when you ejaculate.
Men aged 20–30 years typically ejaculate 4.0 mL.
Men aged 30–50 years typically ejaculate 3.5 mL.
Men aged 60–70 years typically ejaculate 2 mL.
Men older than 70 years typically ejaculate just over 1 mL.
These figures come a survey published in Human Reproduction (2003;18:447–54) and they are averages, so some men in each age group will produce a lot more and some a lot less.

My girlfriend asked me to post this from one of her sites.. it is taken from center pregnancy.

More intense orgasms are increased  with ejaculate volume which leads to longer, more intense and drawn-out orgasms (called "the ropes"). These orgasms are far more satisfying for men because of the increased duration. With a larger ejaculate volume, sperm are more able to successfully impregnate a woman. More semen volume means more seminal fluids and stronger, more robust and well-fed sperm. So if you're having fertility issues, boosting your ejaculate volume is a good and simple first step.

From this last passage, from what I understand is that I have to increase my volume. I know it takes only one sperm to do the job, but with the problems I have, I would like to have a better chance. I don't really care about my pleasure, my girlfriend wants that for me. She knows how much I suffered, we suffered together, and our goal is having children.

As I said, I'm NOT!!! Trying to sell anything. I am merely a member on this forum with Peyronies firstly, but realize that there are more problems associated with this disease, and I am just posting my expierence to see if anyone one else can benefit from me, or if I can gain knowledge from any other member here. I don't just post things to waste my time, or any one else's time.

I'll end my posting on this topic by simply repeating; My orgasms are stronger and clearly more intense now when I do not ejaculate at all then they were when I could literally ejaculate over 4 feet.  So volume has nothing to do with longer stronger orgasms regardless of what any website in the world says.  I also just found medical web sites that state what I just said and it took less than two minutes of Google searching.  I am certainly not lying so I don't know what more to say on that topic.

Next, if you are retrograde ejaculating due to an enlarged prostate then you have volume to nourish the sperm.  It just means some of tha volume is going in the wrong direction and will continue to do so until you find a way to reverse the size of your prostate.  The sperm that you ejaculate have the volume to be well nourished.  It is a very easy thing to go have the health of your sperm evaluated or you can do it at home if you happen to have a decent microscope.  If a couple million healthy sperm are coming out then a couple million more will make no difference.  I have artificially inseminated everything from birds to cows and you can inseminate a dozed females off the volume of one good ejaculation so volume has little to do with either intensity of orgasm OR impregnation.  Being totally inserted to the hilt does have a little to do with it.  Timing it when she is ovulating has a lot to do with it.

Good luck.

First to Noway... Why was this a pointless post. Did you not read the post correctly. It was just stating why to increase semenal volume. I didn't say that you can't have an orgasm " dry orgasm" if you will, but as I clearly provided research that they are not as intense as a "wet one". I have also provided research that increasing seminal fluid gives you the more probability in getting a female pregnant. I don't see where all the trouble is. From my doctor, to findings on the Internet. I guess it's all in the interpatation. I see it one way, you don't. I'm not saying its right or wrong, but I like to share my findings. I don't need lessons on human anatomy as I have been dealing with all these problems for 5 years, and I'm finally seeing the light out of the tunnel. If you can provide any material that supports your theory, I am willing to discuss it with you on a more tranquil matter. There is no need for you to provide me with the birds and the bees, or how the human anotomy works. I have been given hard lessons like you aswell... And why the good luck???

I make my own fortunes.

OK, Jean Claude,  We have got it.  You believe the intensity of your orgasms and your ability to get your GF pregnant require bigger ejaculations.  Good luck in your pursuit of more semen.  There are lots of places on the internet that are happy to sell ejaculation pills to people that believe such things. There are probably even some forums dedicated to massive ejaculation.  Unfortunately we are unqualified on that topic.

Now, is this topic done or do you have input or questions relating to surgery for Peyronies Disease since that is one of our interests?

Old Man

Jean Claude:

For your information about ejaculation, ED, Peyronies Disease, prostatectomy and other men's sexual problems, you have accesss to the experience of guys like me who have had Peyronies Disease, ED and sexual problems  for over 59 years now.

I have more experience in men's health fields than some of the so called ''experts'' who now hold a doctor's degree in urology. Mine is from personal experience and I know where I am coming from. I don't need a research project or a study to know the inroads of ejaculation, holding back on ejaculating, squeezing one's dick to preclude it from happening. This only leads to more prostate problems than you would ever want to entertain.

So, take it from an old geezer who has been around on earth for over 83 years and has been there and done that many more times than I would ever expect you to understand. So, cool it with your jargon and get with the intent of this forum - to help rather than tear down!!! :o :o

I am proposing you to visit a doctor that specialised in fertility. I am sure his knowledge and treatments will help.
I know cases that certain doctors told that have no chance and today those people are happy families with kids running around.
I have done it when I was young, but when my young daughter born I was almost 62.

Got amazing support on the forum

Amen to the Woman's health journal. I can tell you for a fact that I agree with everything that was quoted.

Concern

Had my prostate removed at the age of 44.  It has been 16 years since the surgery.  I know everyone is different, and I have heard of men who have had their prostates removed and have not experienced any different sensations with the dry orgasm versus the "wet" one.  HOWEVER, my dry orgasms SUCK compared to the intensity I experienced when I actually ejaculated, (and YES, I too could shoot about 4 feet).  My orgasms now are NOT stronger and they are NOT more intense than before having my prostate removed.  Hawk, I think you are VERY fortunate to have stronger, more intense orgasms now than before your prostate surgery.  That is awesome.  For someone who has never experienced a dry orgasm, if it's anything like mine has been, I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy!  I would give ANYTHING to be able to actually ejaculate again, and feel that pumping sensation while the sperm shoots out, but unfortunately, that will never happen again.
