Advice needed please.

Also any other suggested supplements I should take?

Looking to combine supplements with a device (either stretcher or Vac pump) any thoughts on this?

And with a sexual enhancement herb pill.

Thoughts?

There is an endless array of supplements you could take but the problem is that very few of them have any scientific backing due to lack of research. It doesn't mean they won't help, only that we have no real evidence so it makes sense to start with the few supplements that have at least some scientific backing. You can waste an awful lot of money treating Peyronies with supplements that sound good in theory but don't really help and as time goes buy I'm finding I concentrate more on the known key elements.

The main things to get on are Pentox and Cialis but you'll only get those with a doctor's prescription and the NHS can be be tricky not to mention slow. I don't know your situation but it sounds like you are new to Peyronies so my suggestion would be to see a private urologist a.s.a.p. They can then write to your GP who is then more likely to prescribe them. Most GPs in the UK take a do nothing approach, which isn't helpful.

In the meanwhile you can order CoQ10, L-Arginine and ALC straight off the internet from Amazon with no prescription. The dosage will vary according to your health and tolerance so treat these guidelines only but I am taking:

CoQ10 100mg 3 times daily
ALC 1gm 3 times daily
L-Arginine 1gm 3 times daily.

Actually I'm taking Citrulline Malate instead of L-Arginine but they are very similar.

I tried a VED and in my case it wasn't helpful. Perhaps others can make some suggestions here.

One last think I would suggest is to look very carefully at your general diet. Try to cut out sugar, alcohol or any cigarettes etc. I'm finding that the better my diet the less pain I seem to experience.
