Hello, first off I want to say thank you to anyone that reads and hopefully responds to my post...it has not been easy for me but knowing that there are people out there willing to help makes me think positive about getting better.

My story...

It all happend back in Oct 2011 when I had the worst experience of my life. While atttempting to put on a condom lying down my partner accidentally ripped my frenulum...I know I know! Frenlulum rips come off as no big deal (from what the docs and most websites dictate) however my case was a bit more traumatic..That night I drank heavily and took an Extenze pill!!! Which im sure allowed for more blood to be lost...after bleeding for a minute or so I looked inside the condom to find ALOT of thick, rich, foul smelling blood...important looking blood to say the least! I felt as if I lost blood from my testicle...since then my testicles have been soft and small and not as "reactice" as they once have been! : ( wtf??

I let it heal for a week but ever since then i have had some MAJOR issues!...ED, No nocturnal erections, erectile discunftion, loss of pulsation and sensation, major skin changes..thinning and visible veins where I did not see them before as well as cold thin and watery semen when it used to be thick and warm...also I notice that my penis is indented alot like an hour glass.

After visiting 5 urologist I found a very fancy and expensive Urologist to help me with this problem...after running an ultrasound he noticed that I had some plaque build up on the underside of my penis where it was ripped. He gave me a presciption of Colchicine and cialis which I will start taking soon...

Since then I have had numerous sex partners and they have all been horrible..I used to be able to get and keep an erection, now I feel as if my heart cant reach down there..it feels disconnected to my body. I am 29 yrs old and in need of some help!

-Has anyone had any experience taking Colchicine?
-Is it possible that I have my have lost more than just blood? Then why the sudden change.
-Why do my genitals feel light and flimsy now?
-Did taking the Extenze pill mess me up??

It took me alot to right this and have been dealing with thise since it happend over a year ago...please dont judge me...I know I maybe overthinking this but something is just off! Please help!!!!

NiceGuy2,

Welcome to the forum.  You made a very important first step by finding us and getting some of this out.  I am sure I am correct in saying that you are very stressed.  Sex is probably even stressing now.  You probably have less erotic dreams and if ou do they are compromised by the thoughts that creep into them.

If any of that is true it accounts for a significant portion of what you experience.  Stress all by itself is an erection killer.  Your brain is your biggest sex organ.  If it is sidetracked with fear, stress, anger, or other adrenalin producing thoughts sex is guaranteed to be bad. Adrenalin binds to receptors intended for the Nitric Oxide preventing it from doing its job of arterial dilation.

There is nothing that can leak out of the break in the skin of our penis other than blood.  You may have some Peyronies Disease plaque but if so it is not from torn skin anywhere on your penis.  There is also no direct physiological connection between that and your testicles or semen quality.

Now, we are not medical staff so there may be something going on that connects some of these symptoms but that is beyond us.  The first thing you need to do is relax.  Do not obsess over our penis.  Then you can systematically start getting to the bottom of all of this.

You state you have seen 5 urologists. What have they told you? What is their diagnosis? Suggested therapies? What do you think they are treating you for?
