So, I most certainly have Peyronies Disease. I would say it's about 75-80 degrees when it is fully erect. I'm not sure how other people's symptoms played out, but mine was/is a bit strange I think...

About two years ago I was teaching in Japan (I'm 31, by the way) and I developed digestive problems. I had chronic diarrhea for about a year or more. This caused problems with my rear end. I went to the doctor and they did a sigmoidoscopy, but couldn't find anything wrong and just told me to experiment with my diet. Those symptoms continued and eventually my entire region including my perineum felt incredibly tight. If I got an erection it was painful and there was no "give" in it. This went on for a few months and the tip of my penis started to hurt more and more. At the time I was more concerned about my ass to be honest so put my penis pain out of my mind (plus the doctors weren't helping with the current issue so I didn't feel like giving them something else). Anyway one night during sex my penis "popped." It didn't seem serious and I figure it couldn't have been. There was nothing severe about it. It happened in the missionary position and there was no blunt force involved. It simply happened because at that point my erection was so rigid any movement caused trouble. Anyway, nothing happened. No bruising, nothing. Fastforward a few more months. My ass is still hurting (though my digestion is better), discharging from my rectum, my penis is hurting more, doctors are no help, etc. etc.

I moved to Finland with my girlfriend (met in Japan) and she insisted I go to the doctor here because they were better. Again, this was for my rear as that was the main problem. I went to the doctor and they took a look at my bum but were no help. I did mention that my penis was hurting when erect but they didn't even think twice. Literally shrugged it off. That was about 3 months ago. Since then I could feel the plaque begin to build up and my penis would be painful even when flacid. The curvature began suddenly. I should note I always was "naturally" curved a bit but nothing that would be considered abnormal. But all of a sudden my natural, gradual curve has been replaced with an abrupt, sharp turn straight up.

I seem to have no problem getting an erection. The one shining light is that the most severe curvature only happens at the absolute peak of sexual arousal. So basically I can have sex unless I am very, very aroused. So usually I just drink a few shots before sex to keep my penis slightly more flacid than usual. Or another option is to have an orgasm and then have sex again shortly after that.

I'm home for the holidays and had a talk with my gf about the situation and decided to make another appointment with the doctors. I feel like my situation is a little more confusing because I'm dealing with multiple issues at one time. The doctors seem to not know where to start. The most frustrating part is that the doctors are complete wankers... complete and total wankers.

Luckily I have a very understanding partner and I'm trying to take everything in stride. Obviously the rest of my life has to still move forward so I'm trying not to stress too much about the situation since there are plenty of other things to stress about in life. I know it's going to be a long road ahead. I think if I was just a bit younger I would be very, very angry. But at this point I just kind of sigh and think "yea, that's about right." I know this could potentially cause some anxiety and depression, which it already has a bit, so I'm going to make the extra effort to be as active as possible.

Anyway, that's my story. Just wanted to say "Hi" to the community.

Welcome to the forum :)
What I can advise you regarding your Peyronies (or not) is to find a competitive Peyronies specialist. Don't let the thing untreated.
Your doctor is an incompetent one like many of us have faced :(
In my opinion you need to go on Pentox and other supplements that may help to stop the Peyronies from progressing.

Regarding your other problem, I have also a very sensitive digestive system and moved between many countries. What I am doing in extream cases eating for a few days just boiled rice with a little bit salt (if in the Far East), very not tasty  or boiled potato's with a little bit salt if I am in a potato country :). Also drinking just Coca Cola. It may be a bad advice but this what I am doing :(
