What's the most comfortable traction device?

Hi everyone

My question is: What's the most comfortable traction device in you opinion?

I tried a VED for several months without any result in lenght. Can you suggest a good, easy-to-wear device?
Thanks

Hawk

In a word, "NO"

traction by nature is uncomfortable and awkward.  It places a few pounds of tension on your penis and you wear a rigid device  that takes up considerably more space that an erection.  How would they make that comfortable and convenient?

for uncofortable I meant something that is not too painful, thanks to different accessories.
For example phallosan should be more confortable than andropenis

Hawk

Phallosan is more comfortable largely because it uses little tension.  Too little in my view to do the job.  The other basic units are the same.  You probably want one with the noose and the comfort strap option such as the x4 labs device.  There is a company that sells a phallosan type vacuum attachment that goes over the glans that attaches to standard rod traction devices but I am not familiar with them.

You must get a device that has spring tension not a cheap model that uses only rigid rods.

I agree. Can you advice me any models? thank you

I mentioned the x4labs device in my post.  I am happy with it and the company but have no real comparison.

Actually I found a more comfortable device, quite expensive but better-done for sure.
If it's permitted I can write the name... I've been using it for a month, only 2-3 hours per day at the moment but I will keep it longer in the next weeks

Hawk

You can clearly list the name and even a link but thanks for asking.  I am curious why you think it is better?

I did pick one of them up, and though the grip is very comfortable, other issues appear. The more traction you are under, the stronger the vacuum created around the head of your penis, it can lead to a very large blood blister on the head of the penis.
This is an emotionally destructive condition, we all have it, let's be nice to each other.

As far as I know you have 3 options.

1) A noose
2) Comfort Strap
3) phallosan type vacuum attachment that goes over the glans

Thats it.  Option 3 is mostly available on low traction units like the phallosan.  You can buy them for standard rod-type units but they are not advised for higher tension.

Option 2 and 3 are personal preference  Some mfg have a design that lets you switch back and forth between noose and strap.  I consider that the best option. X4 labs has such a unit (I own one).  YYY says he know a superior unit but all indications are that the rod extenders are near identical.  Things to insist on.  Spring loaded tension and tension markings on the rods.  X4 labs, and Fastsize have this.

NOTE:  The truth is none of them are comfortable.

Its name is Penimaster, just google it and you will find all the characteristics.

Firstable, I found these advices in another forum, they're just guys who help each other without economic purpose.

The name of this device is Penimaster; In my opinion it is manufacted better than the others in all components and his system is more comfortable but with the same good results (it works, people had same results of andropenis)

If you don't want to buy all the entire system, you can use your old device and just add this modify, called Modified Vac3

here's the link: Penis Stretcher Products & Natural Penis Enlargement without Pills

I think it's the best solution if you have an old device, you can spend just 79usd

Hawk

YYY,

1.  Have you used this device?

2. What makes you think it has better components?

3.  Have you compared it side by side with other units?

The problem is that under stroner tension the vacuum attachment is reported to " the stronger vacuum created around the head of your penis, it can lead to a very large blood blister on the head of the penis."

It takes little pondering to see how that would be an issue.

skunkworks

A little bit more info on the problem (to the best of my knowledge about it)

The same sort of pressure differential that can cause a hickey, can cause issues with the head of the penis if left under higher pressure for longer. The head of your penis is essentially subjected to a concentrated VED workout.

A VED workout is quite a short affair. Using the vac head attachment with traction would be for a few hours at the very least.

The penis enlargement guys call it a vacuum blister, which is as good a name as any. You probably wouldn't get one with phallosan etc as the tension is too low (the higher the tension the stronger the vacuum).
This is an emotionally destructive condition, we all have it, let's be nice to each other.

skunkworks,

This traction device is quite different from Phallosan, I tried both of them and I can confirm you. With penimaster you can produce the same tension of a classic device but with less discomfort; Phallosan does not give you enough tension, it is considered an ADS device. There's an interesting explicative video on their website if you want to watch it.

Hawk,

Yes I'm using this new device in this period, in the past I bought an X4Labs but I could not use it because of a fimosi ( I could not attach the lace at the glans) and because of the pain he created after a few minutes.
You can see the difference in the quality of all components: for example you have rods of different lenght included in the package. Not easy to explain, but the difference of quality (materials used etc...) is clear.

The vacuum created is not as strong as you could think; you only have to remove it every 60-90 minutes for a few minutes, exactly like a classic device. This is simply more comfortable. You should try it

DO

I started out with the andropenis is Sept 2012! It was terrible and painful could never get it on the sameway twice very fustrating and for 165.00 i believe it was ripoff...I keep using it after spending so much money for it, I Just bought a penimaster on ebay.
The comfort level is wonderful. I wis I could afford the pro version  approx in the 500.00 range...Has anyone used the pro version? I can upgrade for another 175.00 with something that holds the head of the penis I am not sure what anyone else thinks!

yyy

I have the PRO version, it's more comfortable than andropenis but I think it stresses the glans too much; I just bought the vac3 extender from autoextender.com, trust me it's much more comfortable than penimaster and much cheaper as well. I paid more or less 110usd and attach it to penimaster device. No pain at all, I really found my device

Hawk

YYY,

Go ahead and post a link to that specific device.  Also if you could provide a little more detail on how long you wear it.  Do you know how much tension you apply, etc.

Thanks

OK

I use penimaster support (andropenis one works good as well) then I add The modified Vac3 extender

Penis Stretcher Products & Natural Penis Enlargement without Pills 79 USD

I use a tension between 700 and 900 gr and 3-4 hours per day. I started 3 days ago with it.

You will see the difference immediately

Hawk

YYY,  I don't mean to be tedious about this but I am looking for full details so that even a new member or a guest will completely understand exactly what setup you have.  Correct me if I am wrong.

You already have a rod reaction system.  In your case you happened to had a penimaster but any rod system from Fastsize, Andropenis, X4 Labs, etc would do.

You then ordered the Modified VacExtender 3 Basic Kit which just includes the vacuum attachment that attaches to the glans and to your existing rod system.

A couple questions:
1.Exactly what is different and/or better about the Modified VacExtender 3 as compared to the penimaster??
2.Is it clear to you what the difference is between the VacADS 3, VacADS 4.1, Modified VacExtender 3, Modified VacExtender 4.1 ?

Thanks for expanding on the information you contributed.

DO

YYY,
how do I know what rods size 8mm or 9mm to fit the penimaster and which vac extender 3 kit basic kit or the plus !  I am not sure what to do. Could you help me please?
DO (dan)

Hawk

I think you would have to measure your rod diameter with an inexpensive basic caliper you can buy at a hardware store.  Also I think the "Plus" kit includes a strap (harness) attachment so it can be used without the standard rod device.  This usually results in much less tension but is also more concealable.  Alternating at different times might be nice.

YYY can correct me if I am wrong.

I'll try to reply in the best way possible, unfortunately my English is not so good  :D

This device was suggested in a PE forum. I don't know the difference between vac3, vac4 ecc I just know vac3 79 usd is good enough to do a confortable and strong traction. Many users are using it with very good results.

Firstable I bought Penimaster PRO, it is much comfortable than Andropenis but you have to put your glans in a "vaccum capsule" and with traction sometimes it does not stay in the best position, in fact you should put a sort of glue in order to keep glans in the capsule.
At the end of session glans was sometimes purple and after a few hours per day you start to fell pain, much less than Andropenis but you still feel it.

Vac3 is a little bit different, it is really comfortable, you just need to put the anti fluid tape around all your glans to avoid blister, you penis will stay in traction thanks to the sleeve.
I chose the 9mm version but to be honest I don't know the difference.
When you try it you will just thank me for the advice ;)

Basic Kit is what I bought, in addition to a second anti fluid tape (it finishes quite soon)

The annoying thing about this company is that they have no phone number and they do not seem to answer email unless they are treating email from admin@peyroniessociety.org as spam email.

YYY, is that link the company you ordered from and did you have any contact with them?

I don't have any contact with them but I know they are present in the PE forum I mentioned before.

If you want, I can try to get an email address

Hawk

They have an email address on their site but I never got a response.  Also yyy, I say a help page on their site that shows a small tube to suck the air out and make a vacuum.  Is that correct?

In the picture it did not look like this was included in the Vac3 modified order.  ???

Their help page shows instructions but it looks confusing. Autoextender Penis Enlargement Device

here you can find the right instructions for modified Vac3:

I just don't use the vacuum ring

The difference between 8mm and 9mm is that 9mm has universal attachments for every device (x4labs, andropenis ecc)

Obsie

Since I am a penimaster pro user I thought i d post here as well. It is very comfortable to use, nothing to compare to my previous tool. There is a big suction cup that you put over the glans, together with two latex components (replaceable). Then the two usual metal rods, or a belt.
The traction force is from 200 gr or so to 1000 gr or so, the latter being too much for me. So I use the intermediate position, around 800 gr I believe which allows me to wear it for a couple hours at least. The max I tried was 6 hours in a day.

The cons : you need to use the provided pump to create vacuum, cumbersome to carry ( but there is also a pipe for creating vacuum with your mouth), and a specific gel. Although I suppose any latex compatible gel might do the trick. It is also not cheap.
The pros : very comfortable once you learn how to use it properly.

I am adding a photo of the two extenders I own : on the left hand, andropenis standard model with strap. Impossible to use, hurts too much, wasted money and time. On the right, penimaster pro, with the vacuum chamber (dont let the word vacuum frighten you, it is in fact low pressure because the glans has to be covered with a sticky gel that plays an important role, like a removeable glue). I also put the green pump to show how it looks. Ruler in centimeters.

IhatePD

After reading what Obsie has said about strap type traction devices, I bought the Vac3 Extender which YYY mentions in one of his posts below.

I just started using it yesterday and was able to use it for 7 hours without any pain. The Vac3 Extender is a kit I can use with my Andropenis traction device and is a cheaper and simpler way to go with a vacuum traction device if you have a strap type tractions device already.  I had no problems with the vacuum as it requires the use of tape at the tip of the penis to prevent any kind of blistering or swelling.  It came with a strap device  to use without the traction device which I haven't figured out or tried to use yet.  I plan on using it with the extension device for now.

Obsie, thanks for the recommendation to go with the vacuum and YYY thanks for the Vac3 Extender kit idea.

Holy crap. I bought the andropeyronies. F~@< man! 200 euro for nothing? is it really impossible to wear?
F~@< man. I can't believe it. plus, can anyone link me to a video guide to how to traction device?
thanx from ISRAEL

Yes, the "Holy crap" can be also without F^@% and yes, it is really possible to wear the traction device.
It is not so comfortable, but have many posts on this board of people that made the usage somehow bearable.
One comment from an other board:
Quote...use the Vac3 Extension device on my Andropenis traction device as it is much more comfortable.
Invest some time in reading the board, you will find what other people have done.

For those with the PeniMaster Pro, does it come with a V-stretch attachment as shown below?

Autoextender Penis Enlargement Device

(scroll down after clicking the link to see pictures of it)

This comes with the full VacExtender device from autoextender.com and seems optimal for correcting upward curvature, as it forces the the penis to curve downward while flacid, stretching the top more than the bottom.

I'm leaning towards the PeniMaster Pro, but this V-stretch attachment seems like a very good idea for those with Peyronies with upward curvature.

yyy

I hate Peyronies Disease,

Are you still using Vac3? how's going?? I'm using it since March, when I reach 1200 hours I will measure. let's just hope...

Jonbinspain

Itamarzil;

I agree! I bought  the Andropeyronies too. I have managed to persevere with it, but yeah, it's impossible to wear for more than 2 hours. I will replace at some point, but really just to let others know before they make the same mistake,

IhatePD

yyy & Everyone,

Yes I am still using the Vac3 Extender with my Andropenis traction device. I also use a VED everyday as well.

I believe I am starting to see some positive results. My first signs appeared in August 2012. I have distal tapering along with an upward curve of about 40-45 degrees and a slight bend to the left. I am starting to see lesser tapering and a slight reduction in the upward curve. I haven't measured the curve because I want to see more reduction before I do.

I had a minor setback in that I developed a small blister on my glands but continued with the traction and it became a large blister that popped and was hard to heal since it was at the tip of the glands and every time I urinated it would get wet which slowed the healing process. Of course, since I tend to overdo things, when it was almost healed I used the VED and traction and caused the blister to reappear (two days ago). Very stupid. So, I am taking a break at the moment to let it heal fully before using the VED and traction again. I am very anxious to get back to it because I am seeing some positive results.

Since May 2013, I take Pentox 3 times per day, Cialis 5mg at night, Acetyl L- Carnatine 1,000 mg 3 times per day, L Arginine 1,000 mg three times per day and Ubiquinol 100 mg, 4 times per day. I used the VED using the 3 cylinder protocol every day and prior to my blister episode, the traction device average 5-6-7 hours per day.

With the traction device, I also purchased the V Stretch device from autoextender.com (where I purchased the Vac3 Extender). Since my curve is upward, I place the V Stretch on top of the extension rods causing my penis to stretch over it and downward, forcing the plaque on the top of my penis to stretch further. I reduce the length of the extension rods by 1/2 cm when using the V Stretch. I split my traction time 50/50 using the V Stretch device and not using it each day, i.e.: 2 hrs V Stretch, break, 2 hrs without the V Stretch, break, repeat, etc..

I started using traction and the VED in mid May this year and the results I am starting to see now started in mid August, three months later. I don't know if it is a coincidence, but my results seem to have started when I started with the V Stretch.  I don't really know if that is because of the V Stretch or since I have been doing all the thing I have for three months. All I know is that it seems to be working so I will keep doing it. I am very encouraged by this and fighting myself to let my blister heal completely before starting up again. I am really anxious as this is the the first positive results I have had since I got this cursed disease.

wounded duck

i hate Peyronies Disease & yyy,
Is there any recommended max time for using the vac3 extender on top of andropenis since it is a vacuum attachment?  I tried it yesterday for an hour and my gland/head came out completely numb which was a little unnerving, has anyone else had this problem with it?

Btw, thx for the recommendation on this, I have been struggling with the andropenis and another noose type product bc of the discomfort from it and the vac3 is clearly significantly more comfortable and seems to have good traction force.  I haven't seen any instructions or precautions for duration of use and/or this gland problem on their website.  thx in advance for advice on this.

IhatePD

Based upon my experience, I would not wear it for longer than two hours at a time. I have worn it longer and used it too much over a short period of time so that it caused me to develop a blister on my glans. I didn't let it heal long enough and used the device again causing a blood blister. All total, it stopped me from using the device for almost a month. Make sure you are covering your glands with the tape that you should have received with the VAC3. That should help prevent swelling of the glands. I have felt numbness but only when I wore it for three or more hours straight.

So now, I stop it at two hours to give my penis a break. I am trying to average four hours per day plus I am using a 3-cylinder VED with the protocol you can find on this site which I think is also very important.

LWillisjr

We have posted repeatedly here on the forum to never wear any traction device more than 2 hours without taking a minimum 15 minute break.

I think logic screams that v-traction is at best a waste of time and potentially risky.

If any penis shows deformity from Peyronies Disease it is for only one reason.  Some elastic tissue in the penis is replaced by tissue that will not stretch as far as the other tissue.  Therefore stretching the penis will engage traction on only those tissue prior to stretching any other tissue.  V traction does not enhance which tissue is stretched.  The short tissue is stretched regardless of whether it is on top, on the bottom or whether it encircles the penis.
