LifeSucks

I've posted here before. Here is a little of what has happened.

I was circumsized wrong at birth. The doctor left foreskin on the left side of my head that bent it down to almost the middle of my penis apon erection.
It always hurt. I went to the urologist. They said it was fine and I can leave it. I asked them to remove it because of the bend and pain.
After the skin was removed it left HORRIBLE scars and the bend was still EXACTLY the same.

My first sexual experience was when I was 16 or so and I took my erect penis and pressed it on a hard surface (sex with clothes on).
My penis bent at the very base (felt like below the pelvis bone).
I had minor sharp aches in my penis and months later I was told my penis had a curve up. It happened so gradually I didn't notice and so I assumed she meant bent left.

The bend started getting worse, when I was 18 I noticed when I had sex my erection layed accross my stomach and was hard to pull down for intercourse.

I had problems with erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation every time. Also, at this point I thought my penis was in pretty bad shape.

During the relationship it seemed that the more I had sex the worse my penis got.

2 years later, I was cheated on by the same girl.

Got a new girl friend, and she cheated on me. But at this point my penis tried to fold in on itself. Which leads me to believe this is one of the reasons I premature ejaculate all the time as well. I got aggravated and tried to *correct* my penis by bending it straight. It was actually painless, yet hard to do. Took a lot of pressure. My penis than stayed at a state where I can bend it straight for sex and it was fine, until it corrected itself and became far worse.

*NOTE* Another reason I bent it straight was to find out where the bend was coming from as my entire penis seems to curve and it's hard to pin point the exact location. Also, I had TWO injuries (3 if you count the *correction*) on my penis and I swear they conflict with each other in a way that makes my penis FOLD IN. The *correction* I did to my penis DID NOT help me locate the scar tissue.

Now remember, my penis was bending, that's why I tried to correct it, I literally thought it couldn't get any worse at that point and I was so depressed I didn't care. Even 2 years later my penis has never returned to the same stiffness. I guess back than I was LUCKY! WTF!

Since than, I ejaculate on spot during intercourse. I think the reason is because I get nervious my penis will fold towards the bend during intercourse (which it does) so I try to ejaculate before that happens. It's been like that for as long as I remember, but now it's worse than EVER. That's how I masterbate now too! It just happens. Touching my penis without causing pain is almost impossible, and trying to get the right angle is impossible too. So I just get irritated and rush it out, in so many words. Even if I try not to have this happen, it still does. Also when I touch my penis it curls inside of my body because it's so..
Injured.

I don't know what to do at this point. I don't even remember what it was like when it was some what normal. What's funny is what I considered somewhat normal now, I would of said my penis was causing me all sorts of problems, and it was, but I had no idea it would get this bad..

I never had it completely normal and that's one of the reasons I don't know how to locate the scar. I can't tell where the bend starts!
I have a hard spot on the middle of my penis, but it's HUGE. So I always figured it was normal, until now.
Does anyone else know if a hard spot on the top of the penis from the base to middle and all the way up (gets less hard) is normal?
I know it may sound obvious that this is a scar. But I thought I had the scars figured out, sort of, until now.

WHAT I CAN SEE.

#1) I have one bend that I can't feel a scar on but I can see the indent and it's where one bend starts. It's on the left side, and it's my "original" bend.

#2) Than below that, I feel a HUGE shortening, but again no scar. That's at the very base directly on the left side of my penis. It feels like a GIANT indent.
What's weird is it causes my penis to literally lean as if there was a chunk missing.

#3) Than I have a hard spot, that starts at the base of my penis and goes up to the middle of my penis and from there is a very small dense lump. It feels like a rubber ball, and after that gets less hard and less wide.

But heres the thing. Remember when I said I pressed my erect member on a hard surface and my erect penis felt like it was bending slightly under/right on top of my pelvic bone. That's where I fear a scar is. But from the looks of it, it MIGHT be from the last one I just mentioned. Is it possible to have scar tissue under/below/inside the pelvic bone? Is surgery possible there???

One of the big problems I have with my penis is it lays flat on my stomach and it's impossible to move it down for intercourse. It's almost like it's getting worse and getting tighter against my stomach. Does anyone know what this can be from, from what I am describing? Maybe, maybe it's from my penis bending in the middle of my penis? Or do you think it's coming from at the base/below the base? It's hard for me to make this judgement because I don't know/remember how high an erection is supposed to go up towards the stomach any more.

Does anyone have any advice on locating the scars? I read an article on it once with no luck.

BTW. I been to the urologist before.
The first one in the past 5 years literally ARGUED with me and told me NOTHING was wrong.
He was a complete JACK ASS. One picture had my penis literally doing a left turn that was leaning downwards because of scar #2.
And the other picture was my penis looking like a bannana curving and touching my stomach.
It couldn't of been a more clear example of Peyronies!!!!
It was literally undeniable.

The next doctor said I had such bad peyronies that he didn't want to even attempt the surgery himself.

So I went to another doctor who tried to sell me some under the counter hand palm creme for my peyronies (forget what it's called)
And told me if I were to get surgery I would have to get the best in the world.

Than my insurance cancelled. Now I'm f'~c<+d.

So I tried VED treatment. And my penis seems to get inflated and not longer with it and the erection is so puny I don't think I am getting anything out of it so I just quit.

Uhg. My penis is so messed up right now I can't even touch it, or want to touch it.

I am only 24. And I had peyronies since birth. My life was f'^+'ed from the get-go.

As far as grafting surgery, can people tell me what to expect and what not to expect.
People say it doesn't extend the penis, if it doesn't, how does it fix the bend?
I lost half my length, will I be losing more?

Anyways. I hope some of that information was helpful. I hope someday you guys make a DONT DOS on the front of this page, so people don't make the same mistakes as others.

Okay I got a 100 questions in here. If someone is brave enough to answer all of them to the best of your knowledge I'll salute you~!
I seriously NEED all the help I can get. Also, can I f'^+'ing sue somebody for this crap? I didn't get in a choice any of this. Some dude was excited about his lunch break when he was circumcising kids and now my life is f'^+'ed up..

I been getting messages:

"As far as curves. Are they acute... or more banana shaped. This makes a difference. And you mention pain. Is this only while erect, or does it start after being erect for awhile and maybe closer to climax??"

It's bannana shaped going up, but to the left, it's a dramatic left turn. Below the left turn is massive shortening, it actually feels like a part is missing and when my erection was healthier my erection would lean to the left a lot towards where the shortened area was. The erection hurts when it straightens. Which it does often. It's very bent, and when I try to masterbate i cause it to straighten to some degree, and that causes pain. When I ejaculate it JUST HAPPENS. Like my penis is trying to protect itself from injury. And also, because it hurts and I just want it to be over with. It seriously takes a minute or less to ejaculate. The pain happens because my penis trys to fold in towards the parts where it leans towards the bends.

You need to see a GOOD Peyronies surgeon. From what I read on the forum, have a few very good in the US.
He can answer you I suppose to all the questions.
I can say from what I read regarding enlarging the penis by surgery that they are cutting the ligaments that holds the inside part. The result is that the penis is allways down. You have written that your penis is always tight up, so maybe this will help to make it more flexible and to be strait.
Talk with the good Peyronies surgeon about this subject also

LifeSucks,

First, you have a depressing name which matches the severe self talk you are engaging in and that only makes your situation worse.  Statements like "it is trying to protect itself" have no basis in fact.  Your lack of follow through with the VED indicates you feel hopeless or uncommitted to work on this.  You must be contant to see almost imperceptible weekly improvements that will add up over time.  You may have had a condition since birth but you did not have Peyronies Disease from infancy.

We are unqualified to diagnose or prescribe treatments.  Even with your long posts I have no idea what your condition is or what you are dealing with.  Either use the VED and hope for improvement or go see a doctor.  Those are your choices and I recommend seeing a doctor.

It does have basis on fact. It's very injured and keeps getting injured because of it. If it didn't have that reaction I could have intercourse without injury. Since it pulls inwards like that causes my penis to fold upon the retraction. I am sorry if this is depressing to you, or if you don't appreciate or understand my sadness or situation but it is rather devastating regardless of how you feel about it.

There is problem with the VED for me. It inflates the penis rather than extends it, I think it's because the scar tissue is near the base of the penis.
I will keep trying it if you guys think it would be benifical but I am afraid I am causing injury, that is the real reason I stopped.

I read again your first post on this topic and I hope I will have answers from my uro in a few days regarding:
QuoteAs far as grafting surgery, can people tell me what to expect and what not to expect.
People say it doesn't extend the penis, if it doesn't, how does it fix the bend?
I lost half my length, will I be losing more?
I will repeat again:
You must see a Peyronies specialist!!!
You must treat your problems!!!
This is the only way to go forward to make the life NOT Sucks. :)

I do understand your sadness.  I just don't agree with some of the things you do that adds to it rather than helps you have a more optimistic attitude and more joy in your life.  Your psychological health is the one thing you can do the most about.

The VED won't hurt you if you do not pump beyond the very first signs of discomfort.

Here is my BIG QUESTION. Does ANYONE else have the problem where your penis caves in towards the scar? This is what makes me nervious about surgery. From what I have read, NO ONE ELSE is going through this. It's like the side of my penis is non existant. I can't even pentrate my hand to masterbate, it's been like that for 5 years!

Hawk

I am not sure I can visualize your description "It's like the side of my penis is non existant."

Large dents into the shaft (that look like someone took a scoop of ice cream with a spoon) are not uncommon.

.Look, what I am asking is very simple. Does anyone else experience there penis not being sturdy enough for intercourse because of there bend. Like there bend causes there penis to bend inwards towards there scar making sex impossible. It's like the left side of my penis is very weak and doesn't help with penetration, that's what I mean by non-existant.
.
The fact you don't understand what I am trying to describe here makes me believe no one else is going through this.

Your last post clarify your point. I is difficult to understand the sentence "It's like the side of my penis is non existant."
I had this situation you are describing, and from reading the forum many others have or had this situation.
I had slow improvements with my treatment and now is much better. Still bent, but more strong than before.

Hey man im 25 and i have had this since i was 13.  I have only had sex a few times and it was hardly anything but great.  I couldn't feel anything half the time. Right now i am seeking psychological help and im on anti-depressants.  I honestly don't know what else to do....it scares me so much to think i will have to live like this forever.

LifeSucks

Looks like we have the same problem. I thought I was the only one with life-long peyronies in a severe case.

Hawk

LifeSucks,

You are not the only one going through this.  I was simply trying to get clarification rather than jumping to assumptions.  If I understand you, what you are describing is often referred to here as buckling.  It is much like taking the cardboard insert to a roll of toilet paper and denting one side.  When you push against the end of the tube it buckles because it is weak in that area since it is more narrow there and because it is not a cylinder shape which is stronger.

As far as surgery is concerned. It is a last resort only after all else fails.
