Lack of rest of the injured zone -Erections?
« on: October 07, 2012, 09:59:28 AM »

I found this post:

Quote
I compare it to typical scars on my skin:  First there is the scab healing up the wound, and after a few weeks the scab falls off.  What is left is scar tissue that is still inflamed, red, and itchy or painful, and begins to tighten up.  After months, it turns from red, to purple, and gets less inflamed and non-painful, but still tight and noticeably different from the rest of the skin.  After a long time eventually it turns whitish, and is smooth, not tight, and closely resembles normal skin.  This I think is the way a normal scar would heal up in the tunica.  Peyronies Disease seems to take this process and run it in a loop, so the body is always trying to heal by creating more inflammation.  Of course there's no test to give someone to be sure, only time tells.

I am having the hypothesis that maybe the reason why our penis wont heal properly scar tissue/ micro injuries that started the inflammatory loop its because the penis still gets erected at least at night since you got the peyronie┬┤s. When you have a serious injury the first thing that its reccomended its complete rest for some time, otherwise the injury will never properly heal. I have had sonic tests against my penis veins proving it has normal blood flow. People say erections are needed as they promote blood flow but the blood flow its supposedly already there. So yeah this theory its kind of ridiculous but who knows I will post it lol

Overall there has to be a reason why the process never ends with a simple scar and there is always pain and dephormities unless you treat it. Something impairs normal healing of injuries in the penile tissue, and its could be because of some feature of the nature of this organ itself in my opinion, like the fact it never really rests for extended periods of time.

I will just say from my experience, I believe lack of blood flow/erections was the cause of mine. In February of this year, before my Peyronies Disease developed, I stopped masterbating completely for 3 months (hardly getting morning erections or spontaneous) - somewhere toward the end of this period is when I first saw signs of the curving. There are so many variables and unknows with this disease, so who knows for sure.

My private opinion, use it or loss it. Active penis (even just in the VED) is healthy penis. ;D

No one does, brother! Take it one day at a time, start to attack it the best way you can. I started with Pentox, L-Arginine, Cialis, Vitamin E and just started my 7th week of VED. Have faith and keep hope alive!

Yeah man I just masturbated some hours ago and discovered im not so impotent as I thought. I have severe/moderate Erectile Dysfunction for my age but could have acceptable sex with a girl if I wanted to (I normally dont). Maybe the sex wouldnt be acceptable for her hehehe but I doubt it im very special women say. I guess when you dont use it frequently you can get a distorted impression. I have started Coenzyme Qu10 and vit E some days ago. I plan to add Arginine, Pycgogenol and maybe ALC soon. Still trying to decide if Neprinol and its scar tissue removal properties are bogus or not. The Pentox and other medications subject its different. I need to get in contact with some reliable doc here, get tested, have a talk and see what he knows. The VED its very interesting and I could get one easily in the future. I am sure this will benefit my case as I almost cannot get erections without physical stimulation, except nightime erections, which come and go.

Thanks for the heads up. Your positive attitude will get you cured in no time! I fully believe you heal faster with positivism, but im still a pessimist I fear.

Kudos to this board, its pretty warm and supportive.  :)
