Sargonnas, doesn't Thrombophlebitis heal up over time? I'm thinking I may have this... as my penis hurts when flaccid and seems swelled a lot, and the veins seem hard.

My sided veins are hard and feel like rubbery. They doesnt pulse while the small ones does it. I dont know yet what I have in my penis, but whatever I did to it 2 years ago HAVENT cured at all and maybe have worsened (the ring bumps I dont know for how long I have had them AND there seems to have appeared a new bulged dorsal vein) Plus the FEELING, man this FEELING.... I wake up to a day full of this sore/almost itchy feeling in my penis if I am lucky and it doesnt progresses to pain. Finally, the sensations are 60% numb and touching my penis feels almost like touching my elbow. DONT EVER DO PENIS EXERCISES YOUR PENIS ITS PERFECTLY IN ITS SIZE IF YOU WANNA GROW IT TRY ANOTHER ROUTE. I am still a virgin because of this (impotence, lack of libido, lack of orgasms) and I live in a alternate world full of sorrow and solitude that most cannot understand because they can actually seek for and enjoy sexual love which I experienced for a very brief period. Once I read the story of a boy with penis problems and he said "my friend didnt know about my impotence and penis pain and eventually I stopped talking with them all" I LAUGHED when I read this because its EXACTLY how it happens you just withdraw from society more and more, because its so sex-oriented, specially among youngsters. Because this is added to my mental and physical problems of being autistic...

How did you find that out?  And what is the prognosis for that?

I still need to see the results of the ultrasound so im not sure. The prognosis its or nothing or surgery. Im gonna try alternatives if it turns out I do have venile damage. I only pray that I only have venile damage and not also scars...

Hey

My SORE penis pain its back this morning. I cut Pentox for a day or two since I had a cold and maybe its that. In any case, Pentox isnt a cure, only alleviates the symptoms. I have 4 lumps that are like rings, which are soft to the touch indeed and a symptom of thrombosed veins in the penis.

The ultrasound will be done the 7th of December. Cannot wait to be diagnosed. I hope this can be sorted out easily with surgery, if not, I will be looking into natural solutions. I need to fix this penis pain and hopefully regain function (pain its a priority, as sad as it sounds, at this point chronic pain its worse to me than impotence) In any case im pretty sure that curing the pain will greatly help with function as it will mean veins arent thrombosed anymore etc

It does more than alleviate symptoms in my opinion. It prevents progression, shrinks plaques and to a certain extent reverses fibrosis.

You've not been on it anywhere near long enough to make any judgement on effectiveness.
This is an emotionally destructive condition, we all have it, let's be nice to each other.

How many months do you think it takes to reverse fibrosis ?  I have only taken pentox for a month.
When you are in tune with the unknown, the known is peaceful.

I meant for thrombosed/damaged blood vessels, which its what I suspect in my case. I know that for Peyronies its among the best oral treatments. I just cannot wait more to know specifically what I have to hit it with all my focus. I cannot understand how two years of urologists havent made me an ultrasound. I lost focus on my penis injury, I was brainfogged, polluted, hard to explain. The pain was much less common too. Only one of them used a weird thingie on my shaft and said circulation its fine. But the varicose veins arent there! This time I will make sure the one that does the ultrasound its competent. I cannot affort being misdiagnosed again and keep going with chronic penis pain without even knowing why.

I know this: erections worsen it a lot. Today I aroused watching a youtube video and had one of the greatest erections of months (I was very hopeful because of this rather rare phenomena lol) and actually the discomfort of the morning dissapeared but some hours later the sore pain settled down and have been non stop til now so good 8 hours or so. And I know as a matter of fact that the days I have had strong nocturnal erections I will have a sore feeling during the morning. I just need to stop speculating and try to sleep, but this damn penis pain makes me a bit frantic! Good night!  ::)

It may takes long months and years if treated late.
It may takes months if treated early.
And usually combined with ALC, Ubiquinol (CoQ10), low dose Cialis, VED and other components also.

With PAV I have seem some positive change in 3 months. No pain in flaccid, plaques seem softer and litle bit smaller. Reduced pain by 75% while erect.

Can you give some more details regarding the improvements?

Ultrasound was done, by a pretty competent man. Although I noticed we didnt explore all the surface of the penis, I pointed up him one side where two rings appear when erect and there is a huge varicose vein and that zone was explored. There isnt any kind of anomaly that he could witness, including the size of arteries etc He includes a final comment for the urologist in which he suggests an ultrasound done during erection to see the vascular function (this is what I need!) Looking forward to that! ;)

Thanks to this awesome forum now I have almost zero pain because Pentox works for whatever I have too.

I agree, in the past I wondered if I was doing the right thing and will update in the appropiate board, if I feel like, that is.
