I got my Vitality single cylinder today. Well made little unit. It worked like a charm, I can really see how when used religeously it can be a very effective part of a treatment plan. By the end of myfirst 15 min. 1 cyl treatment session I barely had a curve.  If not shrinking and curving takes daily ved then sign me up, Illgladely do what it takes. The treatment wasnt painful (maybe a touch at first) but certainly not pleasurable. Id call it slightly uncomfortable. However I do feel that with vacuum treatment I may loose the pain I feel while my penis is flacid, we shall see. It feels better right now.

Just be careful not to overpump!!!
If you feel uncomfortable, release pressure!!!
