hey fellas, I'm new to this forum.  I have an appt with urologist next month, but fairly sure I have peyronies disease.  Sudden bend in my cock, probably caused by rough masturbation.  early 30's seemingly fit.  noticeable crook with palpable hard tissue.  Somewhat acute onset about 2-3 months ago.  My question is, anything I can do prior to heading to the ufo.  Ive seen some stuff about argeninge, vitamin E, and some sort of bee pollen extract.  I was also considering starting with a traction device.  Does anybody know if I can do damage with a traction device.  Also, I have access to a class IV cold therapeutic laser.  Are there any studies out there regarding the use of that specific type and class of laser.  Wondering if there is a published regimine out there.....sorry f any of this has already been covered...and I think ive accidently posted this 3x trying to get to a new topic...

Hi Crook2

Welcome to the forum.
I can't answer you regarding class IV cold therapeutic laser but I would like to give you some advice regarding your appointment with your uro.
* Read as much as you can regarding treatments. We have two specific boards on the subject, but have also a lot of information on the other boards. Better knowledge you have, more easy to talk with the uro.
* Many on the forum are using a combination of medications and supplements, Pentox is the leading one, VED and Traction device are also part of the treatment that many are following.
If you will give us some more details regarding your Peyronies, forum members will be able to give you some more clear advices.
I was proposing a daily treatment as bellow:
3*400mg Pentox (Trental), if too much side effects 2*400mg.
2.5 to 5mg Cialis
2*500mg L-Carnitine
2*1000mg L-Arginine
3*100mg Ubiquinol, if younger than 40 may use 3*100mg CoQ10, much cheaper
VED, 20 minutes
You can expect improvements after six months or more, some people have faster improvement. Consistency is the key of this treatment.

I have deleted your two additional posts as they were identical to this one (as you have stated)

Thanks for the info thus far.  Basically I noticed a pronounced bend in my member in the last 3 months.  It is about 3/4 the way up the shaft and is characterized by an indentation on the side (left) in which there is now a bend.  I feel what is presumably scar tissue in the area of the bend that is about the size of 2 peas.  The tissue is asymmetrical.  I am definitely guilty of some rough sex and masturbation.  I asked a friend who referred me to a decent uro, but the appointment is pretty far out.  I could go see someone else this week, but it seems that developing a relationship with a doc that is familiar and appreciates the level of concern I have for my junk is pretty important.   I've got a penis pump that was a gag gift, I may give that a shot.  The extender sounds fun...I'm twisted like that, and who the hell wouldn't mind an extra inch or 4....any recommendations on brand for extender.  Is there anything that can be worn with jeans?

First off, take it from someone that advocates a traction extender that there is NOTHING fun about them.  They take time, dedication, and modification of life style because in answer to your question they can NOT be worn under jeans or under much else other than very loose jogging pants, sweat pants, baggy pleated pants, or a bath robe.  Even then you will do no squatting/lifting and you must take it off and then put it back on every hour or so.

Read the traction board for more information and if you use that VED make sure you use caution and not over do it.  Read the VED protocol at the top of the VED board.
