Hi all,
new to this forum. I am glad I found this, looks like a great supportive community of men.
I am 29 years old living in California. In 2003, I was diagnosed with a urethral stricture by my urologist and necessary surgery was done. My urologist also noticed the curve in my penis and recommended surger for that. This is when I first learned of "peyronie's disease." I never had much problem with sexual function because of the curve, but it did lower my self esteem which in effect hurt my sex life.
My urologist ended up losing his practice in 2006 due to sexual activities in the examining room with one of his patients, so that's a whole bucket o' weird right there, but that's another story for my therapist

Anyway, I still have a bend in my penis even after all these years and after surgery. It is not as seroius as before, but it can still make me self concious. I would say it is 10-15°, possibly 20? Yes, I did lost some length after the surgery and would like to regain that if possible.
Basically I am here to seek out remedies in order to straighten out my guy. I just learned about
traction devices and this would appear to be the route for me.. I don't want to go through more surgery.
I also have problems getting and maintaining a strong erection at times. I have a feeling it's all in my head and that thinking about my bent penis causes me to have low self esteem and lose sexual attraction with the person i am with. I still can get a full hard erection and ejaculate at other times so I know there was no permanent damage done by my two penis surgeries.
Looking for enlightenment on the next steps to take. I want to live a happy, healthy, fulfilling sex life while I am young!
