So I am now two weeks into my VED use and have yet to get an erection. Yes, it pulls and stretches without erection some but not what i thought. I did take a viagra and worked the ved but what a headache for 12 hrs. I hate that stuff. I guess I will take another headache pill and try that agin this week and just keep stretching a non erected penis the other days.

Do you mean to say that your penis is not being stretched inside of the cylinder? I initially had that problem too, and got around it by pumping very, very gradually at first and moving the cylinder around in the process. That seemed to help. As long as there is a stretch occurring I wouldn't worry about if you define it as being an erection or not.

Scott:

Apparently you are not doing something right. Have had a few guys who had this problem, but was able to get the right procedure and finally get everything right.

Maybe you are not using enough lubrication. Also, if you have not trimmed off the long pubic around the base of the shaft, you should do this and shave the stubble. You must keep the stubble shaved to provide a good tight seal surface for the cycles.

Based on which model VED you are using, you should use the sizing inserts too. They come with the one cylinder and three cylinder models of the Vitality or other Augusta VEDs. So, you must try to determine which one gives you the best sealing surface. Lastly, you are not really going for an erection at the beginning of the therapy. That comes later after you have had many pump up and release cycles. And, you do not need an erection to accomplish the desired results of VED therapy. Getting an erection with the added vacuum pressure can and will sometimes cause pain or discomfort which you do not want nor need.

The main purpose of the VED therapy for Peyronies Disease is to provide a better flow of blood into and out of the corpora.
Since there may be plague, nodules or other obstructions in the corpora, they must be stretched enough to allow for the blood to flow more freely.

Bottom line is this, VED therapy is not an overnight session so to speak. It takes time, practice and patience to see good results, so keep that in mind too.

If you have any special questions to ask about the therapy, give me a PM off line and I will be glad to address any and all questions.
