I really don't know the answer, but if you will change the topic name from:
"just wandering"
to something that is related to your question, more people will answer you and also in the future if somebody will have the same question will find easy the topic and the answers all together

Most uros use an erection drug to inflate the corpus chambers for examinations. One of them is known as Caverject, but there are several others. Tri-mix is one that is a mixture of several erection inducing drugs.

The erection will last long enough for most any examination, Doppler included.

stage four radical prostatectomy in 1995, Heart surgery 2004 with three bypasses/three stents.
Three more stents in 2016. Hiatal hernia surgery 2017 with 1/3 stomach reduction. Many other surgeries too.
