does it matter if you take a Doppler ultrasound hard or flaccid if your looking for a venous leak or scar tissue?

my uro said it dosent matter if you take them hard or flaccid because you can still see the scar tissue, but what if your trying to see whether you have a venous leak or not?

can you still see if you have a venous leak if you take the ultrasound flaccid?

From my understanding and experience, an ultrasound in flaccid state will show the scar tissue if the doctor is experienced and know what he is doing.

Regarding venous leakage testing, as I understand from forum members can be done with induced erection by injections.
The problem with injections in the penis is that they can cause additional scar tissues.

Under "Open Questions or General Comments (that won't fit under any other topics)" board have a topic named
"ULTRASOUND, DOPPLER to confirm Peyronie's « 1 2»"
You may find there what people have posted regarding ultrasound tests they had done.

I would think that for detection of venous leakage the test should especially be done while erect (or erect as possible with venous leakage). This way I would think for sure the leakage would be better identified. Just my opionion as I have no experience with this.
