Okay heres my sad story of a young guy who had a great life and essentially threw that all away like it was nothing.  Well when I was about 14 I noticed my erections were becoming a lot less stiff.  Now I am 18.  And, for the past couple years, I have noticed that occasionally while flaccid, not always my penis takes the "hourglass" shape down at the bottom of the shaft.  Also, over the past 6 months I have noticed that when extremely relaxed and when I get a semi hard on/it occassionally bends to the left.  Also, after I urinate, sometimes it has a tendency to bend to the left.  When I get erect, it is straight, and there is not a bend of indentation.  However it seems over the past 4 years I went from less hard erections, to occassional hourglass and bend.  Do you think this is peyronies?  Can I post pics?  there is no pain, or lumps, just ED, and occassional deformity and bend in the flaccid/semi erect penis.  Seriously I can't go on living like this.  An 18 year old in college is suppose to be having the time of his life, and a disease that has been around for 300 years with no cure doesnt seem like a cure will be likely.  Also, by the time a cure is found who knows if this will keep progressing and continue to get worse, and worse, and worse, and by that time it will be too late.  The anxiety is LITERALLY unbearable.  I am right when I say it can just keeeeep progressively gettiing worse right?  Are there at least any safe over the counter supplements i can take for my erections to come  back to 100% rather than like 70%.  Should I be taking vitamin E.  I can't go on living like this.

Worried Guy

Try to stay calm.  This may not be peyronies. It sounds a little odd that sometimes it is ok and other time it is not.   If you have Peyronies then the scar tissue is constant and it is unlikely to change from day to day.  You need to go and see a urologist who is an expert in his field.  If you could give us some idea of your location then we would be able to recommend some Doctors for you.

See a urologist to relieve your concerns.  It sounds to me not to be Peyronies, but you need to be examined by an MD.

Worried Guy

I know there are people who have talked about Uro's in NY area.  I will try and have a look for you.

I know it doesn't take the stress or pain away, but I think part of the point of this whole forum is that it's full of people whose lives are definitely not over.  Also, I know I would have found it really hard to see a uro at 18--I did at 45--but once you're there it's really just a relief.  Knowing what's going on (and what isn't) will help.  KAC

I will repeat what Worried Guy said:
Try to stay calm it may not be Peyronie's.
From what you are explaining your penis is straight when you get erect and your major issue is erection of 70% instead of 100%.
You must to see an uro or better a sexual function expert. If you can, try to get to Columbia University Medical Center - New York Presbyterian Hospital or other known sexual function center.
Maybe your only problem is low testosterone level. You have tried Viagra? You can try a low dose of 25mg or 50mg to see if your erection will be 100%.
The most important think, DON'T GIVE UP. You are young and the chance to find a solution is high.

Yes, I agree, but my fear is that by the time I am 30 my penis will be shriveled up to nothing...Is that always the case????  Will it continue to get worse????  Could the sudden minor bend be a result of another injury??  Also are all types of scar tissue classified as Peyronies Disease?  I feel i might have some causing a venous Leak?  And can I post pictures??

ALSO IMPORTANT TO Iwillisjr:  and to everyone..my private messages are not sending for some reason... I am CLEARLY typing in the letters correctly in the box but every time i got to send, they are not sending.  Let me know whats up please.  and if they do not work, i will post my response to you iwillisjr in a thread.

Whats up man i too am a youngin experiencing similar symptoms have been for four years, now 22.  Dont stress out, as long as its straight and no pain nothin is that bad, too much anxiety will effect your erecrions in the negative way. Lay off the devils lettuce and dont go over board on alcohol for a few weeks to let it heal

HERES ANOTHER Q FOR TONIGHT

TODay I felt around my penis for a lump or scar tissue that could possibly be causing the ed, and i didnt push to hard on my penis just felt around and pushed enough to make sure I could feel inside the penis to see if there was a lump. I pretty much rubbed my finger throughout the whole flaccid penis not to forcefully but enough, and felt nothing, but could I have injured it more by feeling up the flaccid penis like that?

I can't imagine that examining yourself would cause any problems.
