Had 5 rounds of Xiaflex ended 6 months ago

I had 5 (2 dose) rounds of Xiaflex. Insurance provided the 5th round during some confusion so I used it and have used the Restorex since starting. I had almost 90 degrees curvature making intercourse impossible and now less than 60. At least I am able to have intercourse.

New year, so I am going to ask the urologist to do a re-evaluation for the purpose of getting authorized for another 4 rounds.

Anyone ever ask to be re-evaluated?
