So I've had peyronies for 4 years now. Curvature not too bad. Just glans does not fill fully. Maybe 50%. And have loss of sensitivity. Shaft gets hard. I've only just been reading how daily tadalafil could help here as well as using a VED.

Been reading the forums. But can't find much on automatic VEDs? As if I'm using daily I want it to be as easy as possible to use. Any recommendations? Or should I just stick to soma correct?. Although it's really only for my glans.

I also see Active3 Erection System seems maybe what i am after. Although I see people saying dont buy automatic electric pumps. But surely these have a gauage built in so they dont get too much pressure?

Or is manual alwasy teh way to go. Of all teh manual pumps i see recommended, none have a pressure gauge?

A pump should have a gauge on it and either an electric one or manual one would do. You just don't want to keep the pressure too high or too long. The protocol here is a good rule to follow.
