Here is in the Atlas of penile surgery.
An Italian URO Professor held that a speech at a uro-congress in 2010. He is promoting his work, but is going through all known surgery methods evaluating the pros and cons.  He says he worked also with Tom Lue, but changed one of his methods to obtain less Erectile Dysfunction and less % of penile retraction.

I am not saying his method is perfect, but the description of the different methods throughout the years is very informative.

For non European readers: What he calls IPP is Peyronies Disease! (in Europe all non english native speakers use the latin name Induratio Penis Plastica)

2 Notes of interest:
After penile implant he  recommends VED usage with a special protocol.
1 minute erection - 1 minute rest. for 30 cycles daily.

For medium Erectile Dysfunction with plaque excision he recommends what he calls soft soft tutors, which is something i had never heard of.
