After two placation surgeries 4-5 years ago, i have lost ,it looks like an inch. I am a baby boomer and felt my wifes menopouse was causing me the inability to penitrate. After the last year of her with dialalators and estrogen cream, she is in perfect shape for entry. When I try, its like hitting a wall, I cannot get in. I have recently found a probable cause.
After plication surgery
: Sutures are placed to shorten one side of the tunica albuginea to straighten curvature. When those sutures heal, they form
dense internal scar tissue
Result: That scar tissue is stiff and inelastic. When you get an erection, the scarred area cannot expand like the rest of the shaft.
The "wall" sensation: During penetration, instead of the penis gliding forward, the rigid scar tissue creates a hard stop—like hitting a barrier inside your own shaft. It feels as though you're blocked, even though your wife's body is open and elastic
After reading all of this I found the only way to fix is to use a vacuum device for a while to soften and stretch the scar, or surgery, with implants or grafting with a slide method. I do not think I am interested in any more surgery. Has anyone else had this condition and if so, how did you handle it
Started 3 yrs ago. Had placation in July 2019. Second in 2022
I did notice shortening
Second one distroyed sex life and left me with a lifetime of 24x7 penile pain.

I've never heard of this before, and not sure I follow your logic. The skin on your penis is soft and covers all of what you described including the sutures. I would think if you used some lubricant, you should be able to penetrate more easlily.
