I'm scheduled for a Titan classic and had a few questions. Does your flaccid state change once implanted ? If so, how much. I'm a real thin person , usually wear stretch pants, so curious if that will be an issue. Secondly, Dr mentioned I might have tubing showing since no cushion in that area. Anyone else have this.

Hey OnCloud! I welcome you to read some of the implant diaries here on this section. They are a treasure trove of information. Some of the members are still active here. jj21 diary is very complete and he went through a lot. He's in a better place now.

I don't have an implant, but I follow a lot of surgeries and stories and you flaccid state will change. Depending on if you are a grower or shower, as they call it. It will probably hang longer flaccid. The tubing is also a bit prominent if you are very thin. jj21 also had the same result but that is normal..


May I ask where and who is doing your implant? Have you been informed of the post surgery recovery tips and procedures? It's very important!

You will become a shower, I had the Titan initially and it did a great job of straightening out my pecker.  I did feel the tubing on the left side at the base of my pecker, no bothers though, the Titan did its job and then failed after five yrs.  Still a great device though, the revision I have the AMS LGX about a 1 1/2yrs now, I like it much better but the Titan was great as well.  good luck you will be happy you did it.

I have a Titan 22cm.
I am thin, and wear tighter clothing at times. It was a huge problem, the first couple months. After your titan loosens up after a while it will be easier to place it with or without making it noticeable. The longer your titan is installed, the softer it becomes.

I do have dogears, LOL, but over time they become softer.
I do remember when I first got the implant, they were sort of hard and when my penis was soft, I could easily feel them. I can't believe it's been so long since I had the implant, but now I really don't feel them.
Really the only time you will feel them is when you are soft. Pumped they are completely invisible.
One thing I have thought about and that is. Since my Titan Pump has a manufacturing defect and sometimes will not deflate, inflate properly, I may change over to the AMS model. I have heard it gives a more realistic soft look, but the Titan gives a more rigid penis.
Have you thought about the AMS with the new style pump?

Yes, I have considered the AMS. Met with 2 high volume surgeons and they were pushing the Titan but think more because they are Coloplast COEs. I do have 70 degree curvature so want that corrected with the best implant. I am meeting with a high volume AMS surgeon in January then will make a decision.

Had a video consultation with him once, regarding ED and peyronies. Following his work for years. You are in superb hands. Would absolutely trust his judgement on the titan implant. And if you can and want to, do keep us posted!
